Abstract

Pada rumah pompa IPAM Karangpilang III PDAM Surabaya diduga telah terjadi kerusakan struktur bangunan, pada sekitar area pompa terjadi retakan-retakan plesteran, bila plester (pelindung rangka baja) pada beton telah terkelupas, maka fungsi redaman getar akan turun 49%, oleh karena itu perlu adanya analisa untuk mengetahui penyebab terjadinya penurunan pondasi apakah disebabkan oleh dampak getaran pompa terhadap struktur atau disebabkan oleh kualitas struktur yang kurang bisa meredam getaran dari sumber getar. Maka dilakukan analisa getaran pompa terhadap struktur bangunan dan membandingkan displacement pompa terhadap kemampuan displacement struktur. Pengambilan data percepatan getar pompa dilakukan di tiga titik, kemudian penurunan satuan dari percepatan getar menjadi kecepatan getar, sehingga dapat diketahui daerah getar terhadap dampak kerusakan struktur. Dari referensi dokumen Kepmen LH no 49 tahun 1996 tentang baku mutu tingkat getaran. Nilai PPV yang didapat dari pengukuran berada pada frekuensi 16,5 Hz (1RPM), sehingga pada pompa 3 dan pompa 4 nilai PPV sudah berada pada kondisi kategori B dengan nilai lebih dari 4 mm/s sehingga akan memberikan dampak kerusakan pada plaster struktur. Kemudian dilakukan pemodelan matematis untuk mengetahui lendutan dari penopang pompa, didapatkan nilai lendutan paling kecil sebesar 1,2 mm, sedangkan batas maksimum yang diijinkan yaitu 0,5 mm, sehingga perlu adanya penguatan pada beton. Besarnya energi yang dirambatkan dapat diketahui dengan menganalisa transmissibility pada node 4 sebagai acuan, didapatkan hasil bahwa energi yang dirambatkan dari sumber pompa 3 ke pondasi sebesar 68% dan dari pondasi ke struktur beton sebesar 85%.

The building structure of the pump house of IPAM
Karangpilang III PDAM Surabaya is in damage. There are
plastered cracks around the pump. When the plaster (steel frame
protector) is broken, its function drops by 49%. Therefore, an
analysis is needed to determine the cause of the foundation decline:
whether it is caused by the impact of pump vibration on the
structure or by the quality of the structure which is less able to
reduce vibration from the vibration source. Analyzing the vibration
of the pump on the building structure and comparing the
displacement of the pump to the displacement structure capacity
were conducted. Data of pump vibration acceleration were taken
from three points, then the unit of vibration acceleration was
converted to vibration velocity, so the vibration area over the
impact of structural damage was determined. Referring to the
document of Kepmen LH No. 49 1996 concerning the level of
quality standards, the value of PPV obtained from the
measurement was at the frequency of 16.5 Hz (1RPM). PPV value
of pump 3 and pump 4 were already in the B condition category
with 4 mm/s more, thus this impacted the plaster structure. Then
mathematical modeling was operated to find out the deflection of
the pump support. The smallest deflection with the value of 1.2 mm
was obtained while the maximum allowable limit is 0.5 mm.
Therefore, the concrete needs to be strengthened. The amount of
energy that was propagated can be seen by analyzing the
transmissibility on node 4 as a reference. It was found that the
energy propagated from pump source 3 to the foundation was 68%
and from the foundation to the concrete structure was 85%.
