Abstract

Kampus Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) Surabaya memiliki lahan yang sangat luas, oleh karena itu sistem pergerakan intra kampus menjadi bagian dalam program Eco Campus. Peluncuran sepeda kampus menjadi perwujudan program Eco Campus tersebut. Keterbatasan lokasi pengumpul sepeda tersebut memotivasi dilakukan studi tentang kebutuhan sepeda kampus bagi sivitas akademika ITS. Untuk menganalisis kebutuhan sepeda, beberapa parameter yang digunakan antara lain adalah fasilitas bersepeda, area pelayanan shelter sepeda, jumlah kendaraan yang keluar dan masuk di lingkungan ITS, serta pergerakan kendaraan yang keluar dan masuk di lingkungan ITS. Hasil analisis kebutuhan sepeda menunjukkan bahwa shelter 3 yang diletakkan di daerah rektorat memerlukan penambahan 6 sepeda. Selain penambahan kapasitas pada beberapa shelter, diperlukan juga perbaikan fasilitas bersepeda yang telah ada seperti penambahan lajur, pengadaan ruang khusus perbaikan dan perawatan sepeda. ==================================================================================================================Campus of Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) Surabaya is a vast land, therefore the movement of intra-campus system becomes a part of the Eco Campus program. The launching of campus bike is one of the Eco Campus program. The limited location of the bike shelter, drives an idea to study the needs of bile share on campus for the academicians of ITS. To analyze the needs of the bike share, some parameters are used including cycling facilities, bicycle shelter service area, and the movement of vehicles coming and going in ITS campus area. The objective of analysis is to calculate the number of bikes on demand for each shelter. The prediction of the need of bike is conducted by calculating vehicle movement at the area of being served by each shelter. The results of the analysis showed that the bike needs at the shelter 3which is placed at the rectorate requires six bicycle. In addition, increasing capacity at some shelters, requirement of repair existing cycling facilities such as additional lanes, provision of special space bicycle repair and maintenance are needed to guarantee the sustainability of the program.
