Abstract

Spillway adalah salah satu komponen bendungan yang
berfungsi untuk meluapkan debit aliran air lebih atau banjir. Di
Provinsi Bali sekarang sedang dibangun bendungan di perbatasan
Desa Titab dan Desa Ularan, Kecamatan Busungbiu, Kabupaten
Buleleng. Bendungan multi-fungsi tersebut memiliki spillway
yang dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai PLTA 2 x 0,75 MW.
Spillway yang akan direncanakan adalah spillway submersible.
Adapun bendungan yang direncanakan memiliki periode ulang
1000 tahun dengan luas DAS Saba sebesar 69,54 km2 dan panjang
sungai 15 km serta data hujan harian sebanyak 18 tahun. Proses
perencanaan dengan menggunakan metode curah hujan rata-rata
polygon Thiessen, distribusi frekuensi log pearson tipe III,
hidrograf banjir GAMA I, dan perencanaan dimensi spillway
dengan tinggi yang disesuaikan untuk menghasilkan daya listrik.
Berdasarkan kajian diperoleh debit banjir maksimal 379,962
m3/dt. Rencana elevasi puncak bangunan adalah +131,2 Mdpl,
elevasi inlet +102,88 Mdpl, dan elevasi outlet +96 Mdpl. Tinggi
bangunan 35,2 meter dengan diameter puncak 4 meter dan
diameter konduit 3 meter. Panjang terowongan konduit 231,52
meter. ========== Spillway is one of dam component that serves to vent discharges are
more or flood. In Bali is being built dam now, at the border Titab Village
and Ularan Village, Busungbiu subdistrict, Buleleng regency. Dam multifunction
has a spillway that can be used as a 2 x 0.75 MW hydropower.
Spillway to be planned is the spillway submersible. The planned dam
has a return period of 1000 years with extensive DAS Saba of 69,54 km2 and
a length of the river is 15 km and daily rainfall data as much 18 years. The
planning process by using the average rainfall Thiessen polygon, frequency
distribution of the log Pearson type III, flood hydrograph GAMA I, and
planning dimensions with high spillway adapted to produce electrical
power.
Based on the study obtained the maximum flood discharge 379.962
m³/sec. Top elevation plan of the building is +131.2 mdpl, +102.88 mdpl
inlet elevation and +96 mdpl outlet elevation . Building height 35.2 meters
with a top diameter 4 meters and 3 meters of diameter conduit. Conduit
tunnel long 231.52 meters.
