Abstract
tegangan 99%.

Non-linear loads cause high harmonics current on radial distribution
system. Harmonics in power systems affects the power quality, electricity
distribution and damages the equipment. Therefore, an analysis about harmonic
frequency was considered necessarily to be conducted in order to determine the
transmission and total harmonic distortion in system. Backward-foward sweep
methods were applied in radial three phase distribution system. By considering the
harmonic and transformer, the result of power flow analysis would be more
accurate. The simulation result showed that Total Harmonic Distortion (THD)
Voltage had 2.44% errors in four harmonic ordes and 3.0% errors in six harmonic
ordes compared to ETAP software.
The phase-shifted transformer with zig-zag connection was also used in
this research. This transformer model was used to run the electrical power in
radial 3 phase distribution system and was able to reduce harmonics in
distribution system without using any additional equipments. Phase-shifted
transformer was a three-phases multi-winding transformer in which the current
wave of each windings output had different phase. The different phases could
reduce Total Harmonic Distortion (THD) current in distribution system. The
simulation showed that, when each output of transformator was in the same
amount, Total Harmonic Distortion (THD) current in primary side of transformer
could be reduced to 90.97% and voltage could be reduced to 99%. When each
output of transformator was not in the same amount, the simulation showed that
Total Harmonic Distortion (THD) current in primary side of transformer in phase
R, S, and T could be reduced to 58.435%, 61.212% and 58.987 and voltage could
be reduced to 99%.
