Abstract
Sebuah pihak swasta berencana membangun suatu tempat
workshop. Proyek pembangunan workshop ini berlokasi di desa
Karangjoang, kilometer 13 Kelurahan Karangjoang Kecamatan
Balikpapan Utara, Balikpapan, Kalimantan Timur, berbatasan
langsung dengan Kab. Kutai Kartanegara.Terdapat HLSW (Hutan
Lindung Sungai Wain), yang merupakan daerah penghasil sayur
untuk memenuhi kebutuhan kota Balikpapan, daerah ini lebih
diutamakan sebagai daerah penyangga/daerah serapan air hujan
untuk kota Balikpapan.
Proyek workshop ini dibangun pada tanah dengan elevasi
yang cukup berbeda, dimana berpotensi terjadi longsor. Untuk itu
perlu dilakukan analisis terhadap kekuatan tanah agar dapat
diketahui apakah akan terjadi longsor atau tidak di kemudian hari.
Apabila tanah yang ada tidak cukup kuat menahan beban
diatasnya maka wajib diberi perkuatan tanah untuk mencegah
terjadinya kelongsoran. Namun, apabila analisa menyatakan tanah
cukup kuat dan stabil dimana tidak akan terjadi longsor, maka
tetap diberi perkuatan tanah dengan asumsi kelongsoran akan
terjadi. Kelongsoran tersebut dapat disebabkan oleh beberapa
faktor, seperti angin, hujan yang menyebabkan muka air tinggi, penambahan beban bangunan diatasnya dan bencana alam dikemudian hari.
Untuk mengetahui alternatif perkuatan tanah yang paling
efektif, data-data tanah akan dianalisis dengan menggunakan
program bantu Dxstabl. Hasil analisis tersebut berupa tegangan
tanah dan faktor keamanan. Nilai dari tegangan tanah dianalisis
kembali untuk membuat rencana alternatif perkuatan lereng.
Setelah diperoleh konstruksi perkuatan lereng yang sesuai,
selanjutnya kondisi lereng dianalisis kembali untuk mengetahui
nilai faktor keamanan, kemudian dibandingkan dengan hasil
analisis (faktor keamanan) lereng eksisting.
Diperlukan metode perbaikan tanah yaitu dengan alternatif
cerucuk (square pile) atau ground anchor yang lebih efektif
digunakan di lokasi tersebut. ========== A private parties is planning to build a workshop. This
workshop development project located in the village of
Karangjoang, kilometers 13 Urban Village Karangjoang
subdistrict North Balikpapan, Balikpapan, East Kalimantan, is
directly adjacent to district, Kutai Kartanegara. There HLSW
(Sungai Wain Protection Forest), which is a vegetable producing
areas to meets the needs of the city of Balikpapan, this area is
preferred as a buffer zone / rain water catchment area for the city
of Balikpapan.
This workshop project was built on land with quite
differently elevations, where has the potential landslide. It is
necessary for an analysis of the strength of the soil to be known
whether or not a landslide will occur in the future. If the existing
soil is not strong enough to withstand the load on top of the soil
reinforcement shall be provided to prevent the sliding. However,
when the analysis stated strong enough and stable ground which
will not be a landslide, then still given assuming sliding soil
reinforcement will occur. The sliding can be caused by several
factors, such as wind, rain which causes high water levels, the
addition of building load on top and natural disasters in the future.
To find an alternative that is most effective soil
reinforcement, ground data will be analyzed using Dxstabl
auxiliary program. The results of this analysis in the form of
ground voltage and safety factors. The value of ground voltage
reanalyzed to make alternate plans slope reinforcement. Having
obtained the suitable slope reinforcement construction, slope
conditions analyzed further back to find out the value of the
safety factor, then compared with the results of the analysis
(safety factor) of the existing slope.
Required soil improvement method is to alternate cerucuk
(square pile) or ground anchor is more effectively used in that
location.
