Abstract

Kabupaten Gresik tidak lepas dari permasalahan kemacetan dan juga minimnya transportasi masal. Kota Gresik mempunyai jalur rel dan stasiun kereta api tidak aktif yang berada di pusat kota, Pengadaan transportasi masal railbus dirasa layak karena selain bisa mengurangi kemacetan juga bisa mengaktifkan kembali jalur rel dan stasiun yang sudah ada. Dalam penelitian tugas akhir ini direncanakan jalan rel dengan sistem railbus yang meliputi desain geometri dan struktur jalan rel berdasarkan pada peraturan PM no. 60 tahun 2012. Pengumpulan data dengan cara survei kondisi eksisting jalan rel dan survei lokasi lahan kosong di Kota Gresik, serta survei penentuan rute dan penempatan halte menurut zona keramaian. Dari studi ini diperoleh panjang trase sepanjang 30,4 Km, R lengkung horisontal minimum 150 m. Tipe rel yang digunakan R-42 dan groove rail, tebal balas 25 cm, dan menggunakan bantalan beton. Pada trase ini direncanakan total 5 Halte dan 6 Stasiun berdasarkan zona keramaian di Kota Gresik, selain itu trase ini direncanakan mempunyai 3 rute yang mempunyai kapasitas lajur 960 Penumpang/ Jam. =========== Gresik district can’t be separated from the problem of congestion and also the lack of mass transportation. Gresik city have an inactive railway and station which is placed in centre of the city. Railbus procurement considered worthy, because in addition to reducing congestion, it can also reactive the railway existing and station. In this research were planned railway with railbus system which includes geometric design and structure of the railway based on ministerial regulation PM no. 60 2012. Collectng data by railway existing condition survey and existing location of vacant land survey in the Gresik city, also route determination survey and placement of railstop based on hustle zona. From this study obtained the trace 30,4 km long. R of horizontal curve 150 m minimum. Rail type used R-42 and groove rail, ballast 25 cm thick and using concrete pads. In this trace, stopping place for public vehicles planed 5 and 6 stations based in the noisem bustle zone in gresik city Beside that, in this trace is planned to have 3 routes that have way capacity 960 passanger/hour.
