Abstract
Jalan merupakan transportasi darat yang meliputi segala
bagian jalan, termasuk bangunan pelengkap dan perlengkapannya
yang diperuntukkan bagi lalu lintas, yang berada pada permukaan
tanah, di atas permukaan tanah atau di bawah permukaan tanah.
Saat ini jalan merupakan sarana transportasi yang penting bagi
kehidupan baik dari segi ekonomi, sosial,dan lain sebagainya. Bagi
negara yang sedang berkembang seperti Indonesia, sarana
transportasi jalan tentu sangat berpengaruh bagi perkembangan
tersebut. Pemerintah, baik pusat dan daerah sangat memperhatikan
hal tersebut. Jalan yang tidak dapat memenuhi kapasitas arus lalu
– lintas akan segera diperbaiki guna mendukung kegiatan
perekonomian daerah tersebut dan mewujudkan kelancaran,
kenyamanan serta keamanan para pengguna jalan yang melewati
daerah tersebut.
Perencanaan peningkatan jalan ini meliputi perhitungan
struktur perkerasan jalan dengan menggunakan metode analisa
komponen 1987, analisa kapasitas jalan menggunakan Manual

Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (MKJI) 1997, perencanaan drainase
dengan menggunakan metode SNI 03 - 3424 – 1994, kontrol
geometrik jalan raya dengan menggunakan Buku Dasar – Dasar
Perencanaan Geometrik Jalan ( Silvia Sukirman), dan untuk
perhitungan Rencana Anggaran Biaya menggunakan standar
satuan harga dasar dan analisa harga satuan kota setempat.
Dari hasil analisa perencanaan, lebar jalur menjadi 7 meter
(2 arah) tanpa median, dengan bahu jalan direncanakan 1 meter.
Sedangkan kecepatan rencana Vr = 40 km/ jam. Kontrol pada
alinyemen vertical termasuk daerah pegunungan. Untuk
perencanaan tebal perkerasan didapat surface course / lapis
penutup (AC Laston) = 5 cm, base course/pondasi atas (CTB CBR
100%) = 20 cm dan sub base course/pondasi bawah (sirtu CBR ) =
10 cm. Untuk saluran Drainase menggunakan beton dengan
kedalaman maksimum 0,58 m dan lebar maksimum 0.6 m.
Sedangkan untuk Rencana Anggaran Biaya Rp 3,353,928,000
terbilang (Tiga milyar, tiga ratus lima puluh tiga juta, Sembilan
ratus dua puluh delapan ribu rupiah )

Roads are the ground transportation which include all the
roads, including complementary buildings and equipment that is
intended for traffic, which is at ground level, above ground or
below ground level. Currently the road is an important means of
transportation for life both in terms of economic, social and so
forth. For a developing country like Indonesia, the means of road
transport certainly influential to these developments. The
goverments, both central and local notice it. The road who cant
meet the current capacity of traffic will be repaired immediately to
support economic activity the region and realize the smooth,
comfort and security of road users when pass through the area.
Improvement planning includes the calculation of road
pavement structures using component analysis method 1987,
capacity analysis by using manual capacity of indonesia street
(MKJI) 1997,drainage planning by using SNI 03 – 3424 – 1994
methods, control the geometric of the highway by using the book
Fundamentals of Geometric Roads Planning (Silvia Sukirman),

and for the calculation of budget plan to use a standart unit price
basis and the analysisof the localtown.
From the analysis of planning, a 7 meter wide lane ( 1
direction) with no median, with a frontage road is planned 1 meters.
While the plan speed Vr= 40 km/jam. Controls on vertical
alignment including highlands. For planning of pavement
thickness obtained surface course / layer cover (AC Laston) = 5
cm, base course / foundation of (CTB CBR 100%) = 20 cm and sub
bse courses / foundation under (sirtu CBR) = 10 cm. To use a cast
concrete drainage with a maximum depth 0,58 m and maximum
width of 0,6 m. s for the budget plan Rp. 3,353,928,000 be
calculted (three billion three hundred fifty three million, nine
hundred twenty eight thousand rupiah)
