Abstract
Pasien pasca stroke pada umumnya mengalami gangguan fisik dengan tingkatan yang berbeda-beda. Salah satu cara untuk mengembalikan fungsionalitas dari tubuh yang mengalami gangguan adalah dengan melakukan terapi motorik. Akan tetapi fasilitas untuk melakukan terapi hanya terdapat pada rumah sakit tertentu saja. Hal tersebut membuat pasien dengan mobilisasi rendah merasa kesulitan. Disamping itu metode terapi yang cenderung monoton dan dilakukan berulang kali membuat rendahnya antusiasme pasien dalam melakukan terapi.
Berdasarkan analisis permasalahan tersebut, dibangunlah aplikasi, KOMY (Kinect for Post-Strock Motoric Therapy), yang dapat memberikan lingkungan pelatihan yang menyenangkan dan dapat digunakan secara mandiri di rumah. KOMY juga dapat memberi kemudahan pada terapis untuk melakukan monitoring perkembangan dari pasien. Aplikasi ini telah diujikan pada lansia bukan penderita pasca stroke, penderita pasca stroke, dan didemokan pada fisioterapis. Hasil dari pengujian menunjukan bahwa pasien merasa tertarik untuk melakukan pelatihan dengan aplikasi ini. Dari segi

terapis juga merasa bahwa aplikasi ini dapat diterapkan untuk play therapy di rumah sakit dan home education.

Post-stroke patients generally suffer physical disorders with different levels. One of the way to restore the functionality of the body with impaired motor system is by doing therapy. However, the facility to perform the therapy only available in certain hospitals, causing difficult access to patients who have low mobility. Besides, monotonous and repetitive method of the therapy might decrease patient’s motivation.
Based on the problem’s analysis, we build KOMY (Kinect for Post-Stroke Motoric Therapy), which provide an exciting training environment and can be personally used at home. KOMY can also help the therapist to monitor patient’s progress. This app has been tested on healthy elderly people, post-stroke patients, and physiotherapist. Results of the testing showed that the patient was interested doing training with this application. Therapists also felt that this application can be applied to the play therapy in hospitals and home education
