Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan evaluasi biaya
efektif terhadap tiga teknologi regasifikasi LNG yaitu open rack
vaporizer (ORV), direct natural draft ambient air vaporizer
(DND-AAV) dan direct forced draft ambient air vaporizer(DFDAAV).
Ketiga proses ini dijalankan dengan kapasitas sama 100
MMSCFD dengan tiap proses dibagi dalam dua train yang
masing-masing berkapasitas50 MMSCFD. Total capital
investment(TCI) pada masing-masing sistem sebesar
$38.444.476,$40.143.846, $48.387.914 untuk ORV, DND-AAV,
DFD-AAV. Berdasarkan capex, opex dan biaya regasifikasi LNG
didapatkan internal rate of return (IRR) masing-masing sebesar
27,9%, 26,7% dan 27,6% untuk masing-masing ORV, DNDAAV
dan DFD-AAV. Studi ketiga teknologi regasifikasi LNG ini
memiliki perbedaancost effective yang tidak signifikan ditinjau
dari perbedaan nilai IRR. Open rack vaporizer dipilih
dikarenakan kemudahan dalam pengoperasian dan tidak
bergantung pada kondisi lingkungan, sebagai tambahan suhu air
laut di Indonesia lebih stabil dibandingkan suhu udara. ========== The objective of this study is to evaluate cost effective of
the three LNG regasification technologies. That are open rack
vaporizer (ORV), direct natural draft ambient air vaporizer
(DND-AAV) and direct forced draft ambient air vaporizer (DFDAAV).
These three processes are operated with the same capacity
of 100 MMSCFD with each process is divided into two trains
with capacity of 50 MMSCFD each. Each total capital investment
on each system is $38.444.476, $40.143.846, $48.387.914 for
ORV, DND-AAV and DFD-AAV respectively. Based on capex,
opex, and the cost of LNG regasification, the internal rate of
return (IRR) were found to be 27,9%, 26,7% and 27,6% for ORV,
DND-AAV and DFD-AAV respectively, the three LNG
regasification studied has not significent different cost effective in
term of IRR. Open rack vaporizer system was chosen as
regasification technology because of ease of operation and
independent on environmental conditions, in addition of sea water
temperature in Indonesia is more stable than the air temperature.
