Abstract
Gedung SMA Al Hikmah Surabaya merupakan bangunan
bertingkat yang terdiri dari 3 lantai dan 1 basement dengan panjang
bangunan 47m, lebar 19m dan tinggi 10,75m. Gedung ini
direncanakan menggunakan metode Sistem Rangka Pemikul
Momen Menengah (SRPMM). Peraturan yang digunakan adalah
standar desain yang berlaku di Indonesia yaitu PBI 1971, SNI
2847-2013, SNI 1729-2002, SNI 1726-2012, Aplikasi SNI Gempa
1726-2012, PPIUG 1983. Pada atap menggunakan struktur rangka
baja (rangka kaku) dengan model atap perisai dan sebagian
menggunakan pelat beton bertulang. Struktur primer gedung
(balok, sloof dan kolom) dan struktur sekunder (pelat dan tangga)
menggunakan struktur beton bertulang. Struktur bawah
menggunakan basement dan pondasi tiang pancang. Hasil
perencanaan struktur yang diperoleh berupa dimensi tangga,
dimensi struktur pelat, balok, kolom dan penulangannya. Pelat
tangga, pelat atap tebal 120 mm menggunakan tulangan utama ø10
dan pelat lantai tebal 120 mm menggunakan tulangan utama ø12.
Dimensi balok induk B1 450/650, B2 350/500, B3 200/300 dan B4
200/350 dengan penulangan torsi D16, penulangan lentur D28 dan

penulangan geser ø12. Dimensi balok anak B5 200/250 dan balok
bordes 250/200 dengan penulangan torsi ø10, penulangan lentur
D22 dan penulangan geser ø10. Dimensi kolom K1 500/500, K2
400/400 dan K3 300/300 dengan penulangan lentur D28 dan
penulangan geser ø10. Untuk pondasi, pile cap menggunakan
tulangan pokok D19.

Al Hikmah Surabaya high school building is a multistorey
building consisting of three floors and one basement with
building length 47m, width of 19m and height of 10,75m. It is
planned using Intermediate Moment Frame System bearers
(SRPMM). Regulations used is applicable design standards in
Indonesia, PBI 1971, SNI 2847-2013, SNI 1729-2002, SNI 1726-
2012, SNI Applications Earthquake 1726-2012, PPIUG 1983. On
the roof using a steel frame structure (rigid frame) with roofing
models and partly shield using reinforced concrete slab. The
primary structure of the building (beams, sloof and columns) and
secondary structures (plates and stairs) using reinforced concrete
structures. Bottom structure using the basement and foundation
piles. Results obtained in the form of structural design dimensions
stairs, dimension plate structures, beams, columns and
penulangannya. Plates stairs, roof plate 120 mm thick using the
main reinforcement Ø10 and 120 mm thick slab using Ø12 main
reinforcement. Dimensional beam B1 450/650, B2 350/500, B3
200/300 and B4 200/350 with torque reinforcement D16, D28
bending reinforcement and shear reinforcement Ø12. Dimensional

joists 250/200 and beams B5 200/250 landing with reinforcement
torque Ø10, flexible reinforcement D22 and shear reinforcement
Ø10. Column dimensions K1 500/500, K2 400/400 and K3
300/300 with D28 bending reinforcement and shear reinforcement
Ø10. For the foundation, pile cap using a staple reinforcement D19.
