Abstract
Dolly yang dikenal masyarakat tepatnya berlokasi di Kelurahan Putat Jaya, Kecamatan Sawahan Kota Surabaya kini sudah resmi ditutup pada tanggal 18 Juni 2014 berdasarkan kebijakan Pemerintah Kota Surabaya. Hal ini tentu menimbulkan pendapatan rumah tangga di sekitar daerah tersebut mengalami perubahan. Perubahan tersebut terjadi karena selama ini rumah tangga sekitar banyak yang bergantung dengan keberadaan tempat lokalisasi Dolly Surabaya. Oleh karena itu peneliti ingin memodelkan perubahan pendapatan rumah tangga sekitar pasca penutupan lokalisasi Dolly Surabaya dengan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan yaitu regresi logistik multinomial. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dengan survei secara langsung kepada rumah tangga di daerah Putat Jaya. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa variabel yang berpengaruh terhadap perubahan pendapatan rumah tangga kategori menurun adalah variabel gaji kepala rumah tangga. Sedangkan variabel prediktor yang berpengaruh terhadap perubahan pendapatan rumah tangga kategori meningkat adalah variabel terdapat anggota rumah tangga yang bekerja selain kepala rumah tangga.

Dolly known to the public located in Putat Jaya Village, Sawahan District, Surabaya City has now officially closed on June 18, 2014 based on the Surabaya City Government policy. This certainly causes household income around localization to change. These changes occur because so far there are many households that depend on the location of Dolly Surabaya localization. Therefore researchers want to model changes in household income around the post closure Dolly Surabaya localization with the factors that influence it. This type of research is quantitative research. The method used is multinomial logistic regression. The data obtained in this study uses primary data by surveying households directly around in Putat Jaya area. The result of analysis indicate that the variable that affect the type of decrease category changes in household income is salary of the head of the household. While predictor variable that affect the type of increase category changes in household income is there are the members who work besides the head of the household.
