Abstract
Tugas akhir terapan ini bertujuan untuk mengendalikan banjir
di afvoer Pucang kabupaten Sidoarjo. Untuk mengendalikan
banjir di saluran tersebut perlu mengurangi debit air di afvoer
Pucang dan mengalirkanya ke afvoer Kemambang. Normalisasi
sungai Pucang telah dilakukan namun langkah tersebut kurang
mampu untuk mengatasi banjir di afvoer Pucang.
Untuk menghitung debit banjir yang terjadi digunakan
metode rasional dan metode nakayasu sebagai pembanding. Dari
debit banjir tersebut bisa diketahui berapa besar debit yang akan
dialirkan ke saluran sudetan serta dimensi sudetan. Perhitungan
kapasitas alir diperlukan untuk mengetahui kemampuan saluran
tersebut untuk mengalirkan sejumlah debit air. Pengoperasian
pintu air diatur dengan menganalisa elevasi muka air dan debit
yang akan dialirkan.
Dari hasil analisa dan perhitungan yang ada didapatkan besar
debit yang akan dialirkan melewati sudetan sebesar 10,20 m3/dt.
Dimensi saluran sudetan direncanakan memiliki lebar dasar 3 m
dan tinggi saluran 3 m. Pintu air Sumput dibuka maksimal
setinggi 1,4 m dan pintu air sudetan dibuka setinggi 1m.

This Applied final project aims to control flood in Sidoarjo
district Pucang afvoer. For controlling this flood in that channel
need to reduce the flow rate in afvoer Pucang and flowed that to
afvoer Kemambang. Pucang river normalization has been done,
but these measures are less able to cope with flooding in afvoer
Pucang.
Calculating the flood discharge that occurs use rational
methods and Nakayasu methods as a comparison. From the flood
discharge can be known how great the discharge to be supplied to
the diversion channel as well as the dimensions of short-cut river.
The flow capacity calculate necessary is determining the ability of
the channel to drain some water discharge. Operation floodgates
governed by analyzing the water level and discharge that will be
streamed.
Result from the analysing and calculationing there will be
obtained a large discharge flowed through the diversion of 10,20
m3/sec. The dimensions of the planned diversion channel has a
basic width of 3 m and a height of 3 m duct. Sumput floodgates
opened up as high as 1.4 m and the floodgates of short-cut
opened up as high as 1 m.
