Abstract

Sektor industri makanan dan minuman menjadi sektor yang diprioritaskan oleh pemerintah sebagai penggerak ekonomi nasional. Sektor industri makanan dan minuman mampu memberikan kontribusi tertinggi terhadap Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB) industri pengolahan non migas hingga 35,87%. PT. Coca-Cola Amatil Indonesia merupakan perusahaan besar yang bergerak di industri makanan dan minuman sejak tahun 1976. Salah satu produknya yang cukup terkenal adalah minuman ringan berkarbonasi rasa kola yaitu Coca-Cola. Permintaan pasar terhadap Coca-Cola tidak selamanya tetap, hal ini terlihat dari volume penjualan Coca-Cola yang mengalami fluktuasi. Untuk mendapatkan gambaran volume penjualan pada periode yang akan datang perlu dilakukan pemodelan, dalam hal ini menggunakan metode ARIMA Box-Jenkins. Berdasarkan data volume penjualan coca-cola pada bulan Januari 2014 sampai Desember 2018 diperoleh model peramalan terbaik yaitu ARIMA (1,0,0)(1,0,1)6 dengan performa model (sMAPE) sebesar 14,23%.

The food and beverage industry sector is a sector prioritized by the government as a driver of the national economy. The food and beverage industry sector is able to provide the highest contribution to the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) of the non-oil processing industry up to 35.87%. PT. Coca-Cola Amatil Indonesia is a large company engaged in the food and beverage industry since 1976. One of its well-known products is the kola-flavored carbonated soft drink, Coca-Cola. Market demand for Coca-Cola is not always fixed, this is evident from the fluctuating sales volume of Coca-Cola. To get an overview of sales volume in the future period, modeling needs to be done, in this case using the Box-Jenkins ARIMA method. Based on data on coca-cola sales volume from January 2014 to December 2018, the best forecasting model was ARIMA (1,0,0) (1,0,1) 6 with a performance model (sMAPE) of 14,23%.
