Abstract
Penggunaan driver motor dalam jumlah besar yang tidak
dilengkapi peredam harmonisa internal dapat menghasilkan harmonisa
dalam sistem kelistrikan. Driver motor di CCAI Surabaya Plant dalam
jumlah yang besar telah menghasilkan harmonisa yang mendistorsi
sinyal tegangannya dan mengakibatkan kerusakan peralatan listrik
dalam jumlah yang besar. Selain itu besar frekuensi yang dihasilkan juga
sangat besar sehingga merusak kapasitor bank yang menimbulkan
kerugian yang besar.
Filter RCL dapat mengatasi harmonisa pada sistem kelistrikan.
Filter RCL adalah filter pasif seperti lowpass filter, single tuned filter,
dan high pass filter. Pemasangan filter tersebut dapat bermanfaat untuk
meredam harmonisa yang dapat mencegah kerusakan kapasitor bank dan
peralatan listrik lainnya karena distorsi sinyal listrik jauh berkurang.
Selain meredam harmonisa, filter RCL dapat memperbaiki faktor daya
karena memberikan daya reaktif (kVAr) pada sistem kelistrikan. Karena
dapat menjadi sumber daya reaktif pembatasan filter juga harus
diperhitungkan agar tidak menimbulkan over voltage pada bus di sistem
kelistrikan. Diharapkan dengan pemasangan filter RCL di sistem
kelistrikan CCAI Surabaya Plant dapat memperbaiki sistem secara
keseluruhan dan mengurangi kerusakan peralatan listrik yang sering
terjadi.

The use of motor drives is in great numbers must be accompanied

Motor drives at CCAI Surabaya Plant in great numbers has produced
harmonisa that distort the signals of voltages and result in damage to
electrical equipment in large quantities. Furthermore, great frequency
produced too large and highly damaging capacitor bank to a great
disadvantage.
A filter RCL can overcome harmonisa on electric system, A filter
RCL is a filter passive lowpass filter , single tuned filter , and the high
pass filter. The installation of filters can be beneficial to quell
harmonisa that can prevent damage to banks of capacitors and other
electrical equipment because of distortion of an electrical signal much
reduced. In addition to dampen harmonisa, filter RCL can fix the
resources for giving a reactive power ( kVAR ) on electric system. RCL
filter can be reactive power source. The filters also be taken into
account in order not to over voltage on a bus in electric system. It is
expected with the installation of RCL filters ccai electric system in
surabaya plant can improve the whole system and reduce damage to
electrical equipment often happens.
