Abstract
Accommodation Barge merupakan kapal jenis tongkang yang difungsikan sebagai sarana
tempat singgah bagi pekerja offshore. Di Kabupaten Gresik terdapat kilang minyak dan gas
yang dikelola oleh PT. Saka Energi yang memproduksi perhari 9 ribu barel minyak dan 33 juta
kubik gas. Selama ini para pekerja PT. Saka Energi bertempat tinggal di mess yang ada di
darat. Untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan para pekerja maka dibuat desain Accommodation
Barge untuk tempat penunjang kegiatan pekerja offshore PT Saka Energy. Dari analisis yang
dilakukan didapat ukuran utama yang optimal, yakni L = 46 m, B = 17,38 m, H = 4,3 m, dan T
= 2,7 m, dengan biaya structure sebesar Rp31.932.131.508,00 Dari data kapal tersebut
kemudian dibuat Rencana Garis, Rencana Umum dan Safety plan.

Accommodation Barge is a barge wich has function as a shelter for offshore labour of PT. Saka
Energi which is producted 9 thousand barrel and 33 million cubic of gas. During this time the
offshore labour of Pt. Saka Energi have been living in a dorm in the land. For the sake of the
employee’s welfare, it is important to design an Accommodation Barge to support their
activities. The analysis results in ship having main dimensions as follows: L = 46 m, B = 17,38
m, H = 4,3 m, and T = 2,7 m, with estimated structural cost Rp31.932.131.508,00 Futhermore,
Lines Plan, General Arrangement and Safety Plan will be designed. From the data, design scope
then enlarges into Lines Plan, General Arrangement ang Safety plan.
