Abstract

Dengan kemajuan teknologi IT yang semakin pesat, maka dapat mempermudah manusia dalam banyak aplikasi diberbagai bidang. Salah satunya yang dibahas peneliti adalah membuat sistem online monitoring cold storage dari reefer cargo shipping ke owner receiver berbasis wireless. Monitoring pada kapal reefer cargo ini akan menghasilkan nilai temperatur dan kelembaban pada masing masing ruangan cold storage yang akan dikirim lewat sistem Wireless Sensor Network. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, peneliti membuat alat untuk memonitoring cold storage pada reefer cargo, menganalisa kinerja sistem, serta menganalisa penerapannya pada sistem online monitoring kapal reefer cargo. Bagian dari alat tersebut, terdapat alat sensor temperatur dan kelembaban yang akan melakukan pengambilan data digital analog yang akan dikirim lewat wireless. Data analog tersebut diterima oleh receiver dan dibaca oleh software Visual Basic 6.0 untuk diterjemahkan kedalam nilai temperatur dan kelembaban secara real time, selanjutnya diinformasikan secara online kepada pihak-pihak yang membutuhkan melalui jaringan FleetBroadBand Inmarsat di atas kapal. ========== With the advancement of IT technology is rapidly increasing, it can facilitate human in many applications in various fields. One of these researchers is discussed making an online monitoring system of cold storage of reefer cargo shipping to owner based wireless receiver. Monitoriftg of the reefer cargo ship will generate values of temperafire and humidity in each cold storage room that will be sent througL the wireless sensor network system. Based on these problems, researchers create tool to monitor cold storage on reefer cargo, malyze system performance, ffid amlyze its application in online monitoring system of reefer cargo ship. One part of the tool is temperature and humidity sensor that will perform retrieval of digital analog data to be sent via wireless. The analog data received by the receiver and read by software Visual Basic 6.0 are translated into temperature and humidity values in real time, which furttrer infonned online to those in need.through a network of FleetBroadband Inmarsat aboard.
