Abstract
Telah dilakukan penelitian mengenai pengaruh variasi
doping ion Zn 0,3; 0,5; 0,7 pada serbuk Barium M-Heksaferit
(BaFe12-xZnxO19) dengan metode kopresipitasi sederhana yang
dilakukan untuk menyintesis serbuk Barium M-Heksaferite BaFe12-
xZnxO19 dan dikalsinasi pada suhu 1000o
C selama 4 jam. Dan
metode in-situ polimerization untuk sintesis komposit core-shell
PANi/BaM. Serbuk PANi/Barium M-Heksaferit BaFe12-xZnxO19
dikarakterisasi dengan VSM dan two point probe. Pemberian doping
ion Zn yang semakin banyak mempengaruhi sifat kemagnetan
menjadi semakin soft magnetic seperti pada BaFe11,3Zn0,7O19 yaitu
dengan nilai remanensi magnetik sebesar 10,79 emu/gr dan medan
koersivitas sebesar 34,57×10-2 T. Konduktivitas dari komposit
dengan variasi ion doping pada filler yaitu 0,39×10
-3
- 4,8×10
-3
S/cm. Dari hasil pengamatan TEM didapatkan bahwa komposit
mempunyai struktur core–shell, dengan BaM sebagai core yang
dilapisi oleh PANi dengan diameter rata-rata komposit ~190 nm
dengan diameter filler ~101(6) nm. ========== Research has been done on the effect of variations in
ion doping Zn 0,3; 0.5; 0,7 on Barium M-Hexaferrite (BaFe12 -
xZnxO19) powder with a simple coprecipitation method
undertaken to synthesize Barium M-Hexaferrite (BaFe12 -
xZnxO19) and calcined at temperature of 1000o
C for 4 hours. And
in-situ polymerization method for the synthesis of core-shell
composite PANi/BaFe12-xZnxO19. PANi/BaFe12-xZnxO19
characterized by VSM and two point probe method. Giving
doping Zn ions are influence for the magnetic properties become
more soft magnetic like the BaFe11,3Zn0,7O19 ie with magnetic
remanence value of 10.79 emu/g and coercivity field of 34,57×10-
2 T. Conductivity of composites with various filler ion doping on
the 0,39×10-3 – 4,8×10-3 S/cm. From the results of TEM
observation showed that the composites have a core-shell
structure, with BaFe12-xZnxO19 as a core coated by PANi with an
average diameter of ~190 nm composite with filler diameter
~101(6) nm.
