Abstract

Permasalahan persediaan yang disebabkan oleh ketidakpastian permintaan konsumen merupakan permasalahan yang dapat terjadi pada setiap elemen rantai pasok. Hal tersebut memicu tingginya biaya persediaan bila tidak dilakukan pengendalian persediaan. Pengendalian persediaan pada rantai pasok menggunakan metode Optimisasi Robust yang sudah terbukti handal dalam menangani ketidakpastian data. Penelitian dilakukan dalam beberapa langkah yaitu pengambilan data, pengolahan data dan penerapan model Optimisasi Robust pada permasalahan. Proses pengolahan data diawali dari mencari nilai scaled deviation yang optimal sehingga didapatkan nilai rata-rata baru permintaan produk. Hasil pengolahan data diterapkan pada model Optimisasi Robust dengan menggunakan mixed integer programming untuk tujuan meminimumkan total biaya persediaan dengan bergantung pada beberapa kendala yang harus terpenuhi. Model ini diterapkan pada ketidakpastian data permintaan produk sheet di PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III Gunung Para dan PT.IKN. Hasil Optimisasi Robust diperoleh total biaya persediaan minimum selama setahun berkisar antara Rp 47.236.416.302-Rp 47.236.487.145.

Inventory problems caused by uncertainty in consumer demand are problems that can occur in each supply chain element. This triggers high inventory costs if inventory control is not carried out. Inventory control in the supply chain uses the Robust Optimization method that has proven reliable in handling data uncertainty. The study was conducted in several steps, namely data retrieval, data processing and application of the Robust Optimization model to the problem. Data processing begins with finding the optimal scaled deviation value so that the average value of new product demand is obtained. The results of data processing are applied to the Robust Optimization model by using mixed integer programming for the purpose of minimizing the total cost of inventory depending on several constraints that must be met. This model is applied to the uncertainty of sheet product demand data at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III Gunung Para and PT. IKN. The Robust Optimization Results obtained a minimum total inventory cost for a year ranging between Rp 47.236.416.302-Rp 47.236.487.145.
