Abstract

Pada zaman ini, kebutuhan listrik akan terus meningkat sebanding dengan pertumbuhan penduduk. Salah satu lokasi yang terus berkembang adalah Pulau Belitung. Permintaan konsumsi listrik di Pulau tersebut terus meningkat, tetapi tidak sejalan dengan pertumbuhan pembangkit. Melihat kondisi geografis Pulau Belitung yang berdekatan dengan Pulau Bangka, maka masih memungkinkan untuk melakukan interkoneksi jaringan tegangan tinggi antara Pulau Bangka ke Pulau Belitung melalui jalur laut dengan tegangan 150 kV. Harapannya setelah dibangun sistem interkoneksi ini maka kebutuhan listrik di Pulau Belitung dapat tercukupi. Untuk menjaga keandalan sistem Bangka dan Belitung setelah terinterkoneksi, maka diperlukan analisis kontingensi. Analisis kontingensi adalah analisa terhadap dampak yang terjadi apabila terjadinya pelepasan beban, generator atau saluran transmisi. Di dalam tugas akhir ini, akan dilakukan analisis kontingensi berupa pelepasan saluran transmisi. Dengan pelepasan saluran transmisi, akan dianalisa dampak terhadap sistem kelistrikan Bangka Belitung dari pelepasan saluran transmisi dan diberikan rekomendasi terhadap permasalahan tersebut. ==============================================================================================================================
Nowadays, electricity demand will increase in proportion to population growth. One of the locations that continue to grow is Belitung Island. Demand for electricity consumption on the island continues to increase but is not in line with the growth of the power plant. Seeing the geographical conditions of Belitung Island, which is adjacent to Bangka Island, it is still possible to interconnect high voltage networks between Bangka Island and Belitung Island by the sea with a voltage of 150 kV. The hope is that after this interconnection system is built, the electricity demand in Belitung Island can be fulfilled. To maintain the reliability of the Bangka and Belitung systems after interconnection, contingency analysis is needed. Contingency analysis is an analysis of the impacts that occur when a load, generator or transmission line is released. In this final project, a contingency analysis will be carried out in the form of the transmission line release. With the release of the transmission line, the impact of the Bangka Belitung electricity system will be analyzed from the release of the transmission line and recommendations will be made on the problem.
