Abstract

PT PLN (Persero) di Gardu Induk (GI) Babadan 150 kV menggunakan sistem distribusi radial dengan komponen kelistrikan yang memerlukan perhatian lebih pada segi koordinasi proteksi sistem kelistrikannya terutama pada koordinasi proteksi rele arus lebih, rele directional ground, dan rele ground fault. PT PLN (Persero) di GI Babadan 150 kV masih memperlukan banyak pembaharuan dan juga peningkatan kualitas dari rele pengaman tersebut. Oleh sebab itu diusulkan topik tugas akhir ini sebagai evaluasi setting sistem koordinasi proteksi pada PT PLN (Persero) di GI Babadan 150 kV ataupun pengembangan pada sistem proteksi rele arus lebih, rele directional ground, dan rele ground fault kedepannya. Pada topik ini dilakukan perhitungan nilai untuk setting rele arus lebih, setting rele directional ground, setting rele ground fault pada sistem kelistrikan PT PLN (Persero) di GI Babadan 150 kV. Pada tugas akhir ini digunakan untuk memodelkan, menyimulasikan, dan menganalisa koordinasi proteksi penyulang Anggaswangi dan penyulang Tawangsari serta perhitungan nilai kerja rele arus lebih, rele directional ground, dan rele ground fault guna meminimalisir kerusakan yang diakibatkan oleh gangguan yang terjadi pada sistem.

PT PLN (Persero) at Babadan Substation 150 kV uses a radial distribution system with requires more attention in terms of protection of the electrical system more in the coordination of its own relay. PT PLN (Persero) at Babadan Substation 150 kV still requires a lot of renewal as well as improved quality of these safety releases. Therefore, proposing the topic of this final project as an assessment of the protection system arrangements at PT PLN (Persero) at Babadan Substation 150 kV or developing on overcurrent relay, directional ground relay, and ground fault relay system more in the future. In this topic, the calculation of overcurrent relay setting, directional ground relay setting, and ground fault relay setting in PT PLN (Persero) at Babadan Substation 150 kV electricity system. This final project function is used to mode,conclude and analyze the protection of feeder from Anggaswangi and Tawangsari feeder and the calculation of overcurrent relay, directional ground relay, and ground fault relay which aim to minimize the damage caused by interference and faults that occur in the system.
