Abstract

PT PLTU TANJUNG JATI B JEPARA merupakan sebuah pembangkit listrik yang terletak di desa Tubanan Kecamatan Kembang Kabupaten Jepara Provinsi Jawa Tengah, dengan kapasitas 2x660 MW. sebagai perusahaan produsen energy listrik harus dapat menjaga kontinyuitas aliran daya dan kehandalan sistem kelistrikan dari gangguan-gangugan yang mungkin timbul agar proses produksi dapat berjalan dengan lancar dan maksimal. Oleh karena itu, koordinasi proteksi memiliki peran yang sangat penting untuk mengatasi gangguan. selain dapat mengganggu sistem kelistrikan, juga dapat menimbulkan insiden busur api (arc flash) yang berbahaya bagi pekerja. Serta menentukan perlengkapan keselamatan kerja (personal protective equipment) (PPE) sesuai level insiden energi busur api dengan standar NFPA 70E-2015. Dari hasil plot koordinasi kurva arus waktu kondisi existing dapat diketahui bahwa nilai waktu tunda (time delay) terlalu besar sehingga menyebabkan nilai busur api menjadi besar. Analisis busur api (arc flash) dapat menggunakan IEEE 1584-2002 dengan menghitung insiden energi menggunakan bolted three-phase fault terbesar dan fault clearing time untuk mengamankan arus gangguan yang terjadi. Dari hasil perhitungan untuk analisis busur api (arc flash) pada sistem kelistrikan 10 kV dan 3 kV, terdapat penurun nilai insiden energi. Selain itu pada rele differensial 87GT terdapat kesalahan pemilihan tap yang akan menyababkan rele bekerja saat terjadi gangguan eksternal 2 phase pada bus 500 kV. Berdasarkan hasil analisis maka didapatkan rekomendasi pengaturan (setting) rele differensial adalah Input 1 CT Tap = 4,1 A, Input 2 CT Tap = 7,3 A , Input 3 CT Tap = 5 A, Slope = 60%.

Therefore, coordination of protection has a very important role in overcoming interference. besides being able to disrupt the electricity system, it can also cause arcing incidents (Flash Arc) that are dangerous for workers. And determine personal protective equipment (PPE) according to the level of incident arc energy with the NFPA 70E-2015 standard. From the results of the coordination plot of the current time curve, it can be seen that the waktu tunda (time delay) value is too large, causing the arc value to be large. Arc flash analysis can use IEEE 1584-2002 by calculating energy incidents using the largest bolted three-phase fault and fault clearing time to secure the flow of disturbances that occur. From the results of calculations for arc flash analysis on electrical systems of 10 kV and 3 kV, there is a decrease in the value of energy incidents. In addition to the 87GT differential relay there is a tap selection error that will cause the relay to work when there is an external 2 phase interference on the 500 kV bus. Based on the results of the analysis, the recommendations for differensial relay pengaturan (setting)s are input 1 CT Tap = 6.8 A, Input 2 CT Tap = 4.4 A, Input 3 CT Tap = 4.1 A, Slope = 60%.
