Abstract

Listrik merupakan kebutuhan yang sangat penting saat ini. Untuk menghasilkan tenaga listrik, diperlukan proses pembangkitan yang selanjutnya akan ditransmisikan dan didistribusikan kepada konsumen. Unit Pembangkitan dan Jasa Pembangkitan (UPJB) Perak Grati mengelola dua sub unit yakni sub unit Perak dan Grati yang mengoperasikan Pusat Listrik Tenaga Gas dan Uap (PLTGU) dan Pusat Listrik Tenaga Gas (PLTG) yang memiliki sistem kelistrikan dengan kapasitas 760 MW. Dengan pembangkitan energi listrik yang berkapasitas cukup besar tersebut, tentu diperlukan koordinasi proteksi listrik yang baik untuk melindungi sistem dari adanya gangguan, seperti gangguan arus lebih dan hubung singkat yang dapat diamankan dengan menggunakan rele arus lebih. Dalam penentuan suatu koordinasi proteksi rele arus lebih, diperlukan data-data pendukung seperti data setting rele dan data beban peralatan yang digunakan untuk perencanaan pembuatan single line diagram menggunakan software ETAP 12.6. Pada pengujian simulasi yang telah dilakukan, perlu dilakukan resetting rele pengaman. Dengan adanya tugas akhir ini, diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi sistem proteksi pada PT. Indonesia Power UP Grati dalam meminimalisir adanya kerusakan pada sistem kelistrikan guna meningkatkan kehandalan peralatan listrik.

Electricity is a very important requirement at this time. To generate electricity, a generation process is needed which will then be transmitted and distributed to consumers. Perak Grati Generation and Service Generation Unit (UPJB) manages two sub-units namely the Perak and Grati sub-units that operate the Gas and Steam Power Plant (PLTGU) and the Gas Power Plant (PLTG) which have an electricity system with a capacity of 760 MW. With the generation of electrical energy with a large enough capacity, certainly good electrical protection coordination is needed to protect the system from interverance such as overcurrent and short circuit interference which can be protected using overcurrent relay. In determining an overcurrent relay protection coordination, supporting data is needed such as data on relay settings and equipment load data used for planning the making of single line diagrams using ETAP 12.6 software. On simulation test that have been carried out, it is necessary to resetting protection relay. With this final project, it is expected to be a reference for the protection system at PT. Indonesia Power UP Grati in minimizing the damage to the electrical system to improve the reliability of electrical equipment.
