Abstract

Pada suatu industri, terutama perusahaan bidang jasa kelistrikan, koordinasi pengaman sangat penting dalam menunjang keandalan sistem. Koordinasi pengaman digunakan untuk mengamankan peralatan dari gangguan sistem kelistrikan dan mencegah agar gangguan tidak semakin meluas. Gangguan yang dimaksud yaitu gangguan hubungan singkat tiga fasa, dua fasa dan satu fasa ke tanah. Gangguan hubungan singkat satu fasa ke tanah mengakibatkan gangguan simpatetik (sympathetic trip). Gangguan simpatetik yaitu kegagalan rele yang terjadi pada penyulang 20 kV ketika penyulang yang seharusnya tidak terganggu, ikut mengamankan peralatan bersama penyulang yang terganggu. Dalam hal ini, akan dibahas mengenai evaluasi gangguan simpatetik yang terjadi pada penyulang gardu induk Babadan (Sidoarjo). Faktor yang mempengaruhi gangguan simpatetik yaitu nilai arus hubungan singkat satu fasa ke tanah, rele arah gangguan ke tanah (DGR), rele arus lebih (OCR) dan koordinasi rele pengaman. Pada penelitian tugas akhir ini, pengaturan koordinasi pengaman pada penyulang gardu induk Babadan (Sidoarjo) akan dianalisis dan dievaluasi ulang menggunakan perangkat lunak ETAP 12.6. Diharapkan pengaturan koordinasi yang telah dievaluasi ulang, dapat memberi masukan kepada Gardu Induk Babadan (Sidoarjo) ketika melakukan pengaturan ulang pada rele pengaman.

In industry, especially in the field of electricity services, security coordination is very important in supporting system reliability. Safety coordination is used to secure equipment from disruption of the electrical system and prevent disruption from spreading further. The disorder in question is a three phase, two phase and one phase short circuit to the ground. One-phase short circuit to ground interference results in a sympathetic trip. Sympathetic trip is a relay failure that occurs in feeders of 20 kV when the feeder, which should not be disturbed, is involved in securing the equipment with the affected feeder. In this case, we will discuss the evaluation of sympathetic trips that occur in Babadan substation feeders (Sidoarjo). Factors affecting the sympathetic trip are the value of one-phase short-circuit to ground, directional ground relay, over current relay and safety relay coordination. In this final project research, the safeguard coordination setting for the Babadan substation feeder (Sidoarjo) will be analyzed and re-evaluated using ETAP 12.6 Software. It is expected that the coordination settings that have been re-evaluated, can provide input to the Babadan Substation (Sidoarjo) when resetting the security relay
