Abstract
Pada suatu sistem kelistrikan diperlukan seting sistem proteksi untuk menjaga kontinuitas dan meningkatkan keandalan sistem. Dikarenakan ketika terjadi gangguan, relay proteksi diharuskan mampu mengamankan gangguan tersebut tanpa mempngaruhi sistem yang tidak terkena gangguan. Melalui tugas akhir dilakukan sudi koordinasi pada pabrik 1 PT.Petrokimia Gresik. Pemodelan sistem kelistrikan dilakukan menggunakan software etap 12.6 diikuti dengan studi load flow dan analisa hubung singkat. Setelahnya dilakukan seting relay pengaman dan analisa tingkat bahaya arc flash. Arc flash merupakan suatu enegi yang dihasilkan ketika terjadi gangguan hubung singkat. IEEE 1584 -2004 merupakan dasar untuk menentukan jarak aman (flash protection boundary) dan besar nilai energy (Incident Energy) terhadap bahaya arc flash. Besarnya nilai incident energy dapat dikehahui dengan menentukan nilai bolted three phase fault curret, Fault Clearing Time merupakan waktu yang digunakan relay pengaman mulai dari mengirim sinyal trip ke circuit breaker smpai circuit breaker membuka.

Because when there is interference, a protection relay is required to be able to secure the interference without affecting the system that is not affected by interference. Through this final assignment, writer can study to coordinate with factory 1, PT. Petrokimia Gresik. Electrical system modeling is done using etap 12.6 software followed by load flow studies and short circuit analysis. After that the protecton relay settings are carried out and an analysis of the arc flash danger level. Flash arc is an energy that is produced when a short circuit occurs. IEEE 1584-2004 is the basis for determining the safe distance (flash protection boundary) and the amount of energy value (Incident Energy) for the danger of arc flash. The amount of incident energy value can be known by determining the three phase fault curret value, Fault Clearing Time is the time used by the protection relay from sending a trip signal to the circuit breaker until the circuit breaker opens.
