Abstract

Keandalan dan kontinuitas merupakan faktor yang sangat dibutuhkan dalam sebuah sistem kelistrikan. Koordinasi sistem proteksi yang baik akan mengisolasi daerah gangguan dan mencegah terjadinya pemadaman di daerah yang lain. Untuk mejaga dan meningkatkan performa sistem proteksi perlu dilakukan suatu studi terhadap koordinasi rele pengaman yang terpasang. Tugas Akhir ini bertujuan untuk menyajikan analisis terhadap koordinasi proteksi pada Gardu Induk Waru PT. PLN (Persero). Metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisis koordinasi sistem proteksi yang terpasang pada Gardu Induk Waru adalah dengan menggunakan simulasi pada software pendukung yaitu ETAP 12.6.0. Data – data yang didapatkan disimulasikan dalam software ETAP 12.6.0, sehingga diketahui setting koordinasi proteksi existing pada Gardu Induk Waru. Kemudian, setelah dilakukan analisis terhadap setting koordinasi proteksi yang digunakan, diperlukan resetting pada rele overcurrent pada setiap rele feeder, rele bus coupler, rele outgoing trafo, dan rele outgoing trafo. Diperlukan juga resetting directional ground relay dan ground fault relay serta differential relay. ===============================================================================================================================
Reliability and reliabilty is the one of ncessary factor in electrical system. A good coordination protection system will isolate the disturbance and prevent black-out in other areas. To maintain and improve the performance of the protection system, we need to perform a study on the existing protection relay coordination. In this final project will show the analisys of relay coordination at Waru Substation PT. PLN (Persero). ETAP 12.6.0 is used to help the process of the relay coordination studies. The existing data that obtained simulated in ETAP 12.6.0, so the existing setting of coordination protection system at Waru Substation will be obtained. From the analysis that faounded, resetting overcurrent relay is required on each feeder, bus coupler relay, outgoing transformers, and outgoing transformers relay. Also resetting directional ground relay, ground fault relay and differential relay is needed.
