Abstract
Udara bertekanan merupakan salah satu variabel yang dikendalikan pada suatu industri proses. Namun variabel tekanan di industri sering mengalami perubahan beban, sehingga menyebabkan karakteristik dari sistem yang dikendalikan berubah-ubah. Dalam kasus ini, skema kontroler konvensional kurang mampu untuk mengatasi permasalahan perubahan beban. Self-Tuning Fuzzy PI Controller (STFPIC) merupakan salah satu skema sistem pengaturan cerdas yang dapat digunakan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan perubahan beban. Pada penelitian ini, implementasi STFPIC dilakukan pada peralatan laboratorium Pressure Process Rig 38-714 dengan dipengaruhi oleh beberapa parameter diantaranya penentuan gain error, gain delta error, dan gain output. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan, ketika kondisi beban nominal dan kondisi adanya perubahan beban, STFPIC dengan parameter gain error = 0,33, gain delta error = 50, dan gain output = 0,05 memiliki performa yang paling mendekati spesifikasi yang direncanakan yaitu dengan hasil nilai error steady state = 0,13 %, nilai overshoot = 0 % dan settling time = 80,94 detik. Ketika terjadi kondisi perubahan beban, nilai error steady state = 0,56 %, nilai perubahan tekanan = 45,33 % dan time recovery selama 209 detik. ===============================================================================================================================
Air pressure is one of the variables controlled in an industrial process. However, pressure variables in the industry often occurs changing of load, this can make a changes to the characteristic of controlled system. Conventional controllers scheme are less able to overcome the problem of load changes. Self-Tuning Fuzzy PI Controller (STFPIC) is one of intelligent control system scheme that can be used to solve load change problems. In this research, the implementation STFPIC performed on Pressure Process Rig 38-714 to be influenced by several parameters such as the determination of the gain error, gain delta error, and gain output. The test results show, when the nominal load conditions and load change condition, STFPIC with the parameters gain error = 0.33, gain delta error = 50, and gain output = 0.05 has the closest performance to the desired specifications with the results of error steady state value = 0.13%, the value of % overshoot = 0% and settling time = 80,94 seconds. When there is a load change condition, error steady state value = 0.56%, the pressure change value = 45,33% and time recovery = 209 seconds.
