Abstract

PDAM Surya Sembada Kota Surabaya merupakan BUMD yang berperan menjadi penyelenggara air bersih di kota Surabaya. Produksi air minum dilakukan di 6 instalasi salah satunya di instalasi Ngagel I. Penelitian ini menggunakan empat karakteristik kualitas utama yaitu Zat organik (KMnO4), kekeruhan, sisa chlor, dan pH yang diukur setiap hari pada periode Januari hingga Juli tahun 2018. Peneliti melakukan analisis pengendalian kualitas menggunakan diagram kontrol kombinasi MEWMA (Multivariate Exponentially Weighted Moving Average). Metode kombinasi MEWMA dipilih karena dapat mendeteksi pergeseran variabilitas proses dan target proses secara bersama-sama sehingga lebih cepat mendeteksi data yang tidak terkontrol. Hasil monitoring fase I menunjukkan bahwa variabilitas proses dan target proses sudah terkendali secara statistik baik menggunakan batas kontrol dengan kriteria ATS (hasil penelitian di jurnal Reynolds & Stoumbos, 2008) maupun ARL. Pada fase II menunjukkan target proses belum terkendali statistik ketika menggunakan batas kontrol dengan ARL, namun sudah terkendali ketika menggunakan kriteria ATS. Pada penggunaan batas kontrol dengan kriteria ARL, diterapkan juga pembobot yang berbeda yaitu 0,3 untuk variabilitas proses dan 0,1 untuk target proses. Kemudian pembobot selanjutnya adalah 0,4 untuk masing-masing diagram. Pada fase II menunjukkan target proses belum terkendali statistik ketika menggunakan batas kontrol dengan ARL, namun sudah terkendali ketika menggunakan kriteria ATS.

PDAM Surya Sembada Kota Surabaya is a BUMD which acts as a wa-ter provider in the Surabaya. Production of water was carried out in 6 installations, one of which was in the Ngagel I. This study used four main quality characteristics, there are Organic Substance (KMnO4), turbidity, residual chlor, and pH measured every day from January to July 2018. This research using Multivariate Exponentially Weighted Moving Average (MEWMA) combination method. The MEWMA combi-nation method was chosen because it can detect shifts in process vari-ability and process targets together so it can detect (out of control) faster. The results of phase I monitoring show that process variability and process targets are statistically controlled both using control lim-its with ATS criteria (research results in journals) and ARL. Phase II shows that the process targets have not been controlled statistically when using control limits with ARL, but have been controlled when using ATS criteria. In the use of control limits with the ARL criteria, different lambda is applied which is 0.3 for process variability and 0.1 for the process target. Then the next lambda is 0.4 for each diagram. Phase II shows the process targets have not been controlled statistical-ly when using the control limit with ARL, but have been controlled when using ATS criteria
