Abstract
UD Gangsar merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang produksi dan distribusi makanan ringan. Kemasan kacang shanghai merupakan suatu kualitas yang sangat penting. Kualitas kacang shanghai akan menurun apabila terdapat kerusakan pada kemasan. UD Gangsar tidak melakukan pemeriksaan produk dari hasil proses produksi sehingga terdapat kemungkinan produk yang seal tidak rekat atau terdapat lubang di kemasan masuk ke gudang penyimpanan. Penelitian dilakukan untuk evaluasi terhadap pemeriksaan kualitas kemasan kacang shanghai guna meminimalisir resiko pelanggan dengan menggunakan rancangan sampling penerimaan MIL-STD 105E. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa level pemeriksaan yang mempunyai resiko produsen terkecil pada pemeriksaan normal yaitu umum III, pada pemeriksaan ketat yaitu umum I dan pada pemeriksaan longgar yaitu umum III dan prosedur inspeksi yang dilakukan oleh peneliti lebih baik dibandingkan prosedur perusahaan yang diterapkan sekarang. Indeks kapabilitas proses sampling penerimaan pada periode II mengalami penurunan dari periode II, karena terdapat plastik gulungan yang berlubang, dari faktor manusia disebabkan pemasangan plastik miring sedangkan faktor mesin disebabkan perekat kotor yang terkena debu. ==============================================================================================================================
UD Gangsar is a company engaged in the production and distribution of snacks. The target to be achieved is to become a selected snack industry company and distribution company, which depends on the quality of the product. Shanghai bean packaging is a very important quality. The quality of Shanghai beans will decrease if there is damage to the packaging. UD Gangsar does not inspect products from the production process so that there is a possibility that the seal product is not sticky or there is a hole in the packaging into the storage warehouse. The study was conducted to evaluate the quality inspection of shanghai bean packaging in order to minimize the risk of the customer using the Ranc105E receipt sampling method. The results of the analysis show that the level of inspection that has the smallest risk of producers on normal inspection, namely general III, on rigorous checks namely general I and on loose checks namely general III and inspection procedures carried out by investigators are better than company procedures applied now. The capability index of the acceptance sampling process in period I and period II has decreased because there are plastic rolls with holes, from human factors due to the installation of oblique plastic while the engine factor is due to dirty adhesive exposed to dust.
