Abstract

Senyawa golongan triterpena dan steroid telah berhasil diisolasi dari ekstrak metanol jamur Ganoderma lucidum, yaitu asam ganoderat G dan ergosterol. Isolasi dilakukan menggunakan metode Kromatografi Cair Vakum (KCV) dan Kromatografi Kolom Gravitasi (KKG). Struktur senyawa 1 yang merupakan asam ganoderat G dan senyawa 2 yang merupakan ergosterol dielusidasi menggunakan data spektrofotometer 1H dan 13C NMR, HMQC, HMBC, dan IR

Ganoderic acid G and ergosterol as derivative of triterpene and steroid compound have been isolated from Ganoderma lucidum methanol extract. Isolation process used vacuum liquid chromatography and gravitational column chromatography method. The molecular structure of isolated compound 1 that refer to ganoderic acid G and compound 2 that refer to ergosterol was elucidated from 1H dan 13C NMR, HMQC, HMBC, dan IR spectra data.
