Abstract
Beton pracetak atau precast merupakan salah satu
metode disamping metode cor setempat (cast in site).
Metode ini kini makin banyak digunakan dalam
pembangunan. Hal ini dikarenakan metode ini memiliki
beberapa keunggulan dibandingkan metode cor setempat
(cast in site). Salah satu keunggulannya adalah kecepatan
pelaksanaannya dan kontrol kualitas beton yang lebih baik.
Struktur Gedung Asrama Mahasiswa Universitas
Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo pada kondisi sebenarnya memakai
metode cor setempat (cast in site) dan memiliki tinggi empat
lantai. Gedung ini akan dirancang menggunakan metode
pracetak pada elemen balok, pelat lantai, dan tangga.
Sedangkan pada elemen kolom, dan pondasi seperti poer
dan sloof serta beton overtopping direncanakan menggunakan metode cor ditempat (cast in site). Hal ini
karena elemen pracetak akan sangat ekonomis bila
digunakan pada bangunan yang memiliki tipe tipikal.
Perhitungan pembebanan dari beban gravitasi dan
beban lateral seperti beban gempa dan beban angin
menggunakan SNI 03-1726-2010. Untuk perhitungan
penulangan baik itu penulangan lentur maupun geser dan
torsi. Elemen pracetak menggunakan ketentuan dari SNI 03-
2847-2002. Gaya – gaya dalam yang terjadi akibat proses
pengangkatan elemen pracetak dihitung dengan ketentuan
dan PCI design handbook Sixth Edition dan SNI S-08-1990-
F (Spesifikasi Rumah Tumbuh Rangka Beratap Dengan
Komponen Beton Pracetak). Gedung ini juga akan
dirancang menggunakan system rangka pemikul momen
biasa (SRPMB) yang termasuk pada wilayah zona gempa 2.
Hasil dari perencanaan dengan metode pracetak ini
didapatkan dimensi balok induk 250x450, 300x600,
150x300, dengan tulangan torsi D19, tulangan lentur D19,
dan tulangan geser D12. Balok anak 200x300 dengan
tulangan torsi D19, tulangan lentur D19, dan tulangan geser
D12. Pelat lantai tebal 120mm dengan tulangan utama D12,
tulangan susut D8. Dimensi kolom 300x450, dengan
tulangan lentur D16, tulangan geser D10. Pondasi gedung
ini akan dirancang menggunakan pondasi tiang pancang.

Precast or precast concrete is one of the methods in

method has several advantages over the methods of the local cast
(cast in site). One advantage is speed of execution and quality
control of concrete better.
Student Dormitory Building Structure, University of
Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo on the actual conditions using the
method of local cast (cast in site) and has a height of four floors.
This building will be designed using the method of precast beam
elements, floor slabs, and stairs. While the elements of the
columns, and foundations as well as poer and sloof planned
overtopping concrete cast in place method (cast in site). This is
because the precast elements will be very economical when used
in buildings that have a typical type.
Calculation of loading of gravity loads and lateral loads
such as wind loads and seismic loads using SNI 03-1726-2010. For the calculation of both the reinforcement and shear
reinforcement bending and torsion. Precast elements using the
provisions of SNI 03-2847-2002. Style - the style in which occur
due to the removal of precast elements calculated with the terms
and PCI design handbook Sixth Edition and ISO 08-1990 S-F
(Specification Home Grown Frame Covered With Precast
Concrete Components). This building will also be designed using
a system of ordinary moment frame bearers (SRPMB) which
includes the area of the earthquake zone 2.
The results of this planning method obtained precast
beam dimensions 250x450, 300x600, 150x300, with
reinforcement torque D19, D19 flexural reinforcement and shear
reinforcement D12. 200x300 joists with reinforced torque D19,
D19 flexural reinforcement and shear reinforcement D12. 120mm
thick slab with main reinforcement D12, D8 shrinkage
reinforcement. Column dimensions 300x450, with flexural steel
D16, D10 shear reinforcement. The foundation of this building
will be designed using pile foundation.
