Abstract

CV. Mega Jaya merupakan industri yang khusus memproduksi sepatu flat. Produksi yang diharapkan dalam satu hari sebesar 300 pasang sepatu flat dengan jenis yang sama yaitu model kode AR 37, namun perusahaan belum bisa memastikan penyelesaian produksi sepatu flat kepada pemesan. Perusahaan juga belum mempunyai waktu standar, dan belum pernah mengukur produktivitas tenaga kerja karyawan, oleh karena itu dibutuhkan pengukuran waktu kerja dengan jam henti (stopwatch time study). Metode tersebut dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menentukan waktu standar dan produktivitas tenaga kerja proses pembuatan sepatu flat. Hasil waktu standar dari sepuluh proses produksi yang terbesar yaitu proses menjahit sebesar 21,59 menit/unit dan yang terkecil menggambar pola atasan sepatu sebesar 1,33 menit/unit. Produktivitas tenaga kerja yang terbesar yaitu menggambar pola atasan sepatu sebesar 315 unit/pekerja dan yang terkecil proses menjahit sebesar 21 unit/pekerja.

CV. Mega Jaya is an industry company that specializes in producing flat shoes. It is expected that the company will be able to produce 300 pairs of shoes of the same type in one day, namely the AR 37 code model, but the company has not been able to ensure the completion of the production of flat shoes to the buyer because the company has not implemented standard time analysis method yet and labor productivity measurement in the process either, therefore it needs stopwatch time study to measure standard time of shoes production. The aim of the stopwatch time study method is determining the standard time and labor productivity in the process of producing flat shoes. From the analysis, it can be concluded that the largest standard time of ten processes is the sewing process as long as 21.59 minutes / unit and the smallest standard time is the process of drawing the upper shoe pattern as long as 1.33 minutes / unit. The biggest labor productivity is drawing shoe patterns as many as 315 units / workers and the smallest labor productivity is the process of sewing as many as 21 units / workers.
