Abstract

PT Heinz ABC Indonesia merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang makanan di Indonesia dan berbasis di Jakarta serta memproduksi saus, bumbu dan sirup. Sebagai salah satu produsen makanan PT Heinz ABC harus dapat menjaga kontinuitas daya listrik dari gangguan sehingga proses produksi dapat berjalan dengan maksimal. Untuk meminimalisir dampak yang timbul ketika terjadi gangguan diperlukan koordinasi proteksi yang terkoordinasi dengan baik. Selain menganggu sistem kelistrikan, gangguan tersebut dapat menimbulkan busur api (arc flash) yang berbahaya. Energi yang dihasilkan busur api perlu dipertimbangkan agar sesuai dengan standar yang diizinkan. Pada tugas akhir ini dilakukan analisis koordinasi proteksi dengan mempertimbangkan energi busur api yang dapat terjadi pada sistem kelistrikan. Analisis energi busur api dilakukan sesuai standar IEEE 1584-2002. Dari analisis tersebut didapatkan besar level energi yang sesuai dengan NFPA-70E sehingga dapat digunakan untuk rekomendasi peralatan perlindungan bagi pekerja.

PT Heinz ABC Indonesia is a company engaged in food in Indonesia and based in Jakarta as well as producing sauces, spices and syrup. As one of PT Heinz ABC's food producers, it must be able to maintain the continuity of electrical power from interference so that the production process can run optimally. To minimize the impact that arises when a disturbance is needed, well-coordinated protection coordination is needed. Apart from disturbing the electrical system, the interference can cause a dangerous arc flash. The energy produced by arcs of fire needs to be considered in accordance with the standards permitted. In this final project analysis of protection coordination is carried out by considering the arcing energy that can occur in the electrical system. Arc arc energy analysis is carried out according to the IEEE 1584-2002 standard. From the analysis, it was found that the level of energy is in accordance with NFPA-70E so that it can be used for recommendations on protection equipment for workers.
