Abstract

Potensi ekonomi Indonesia dalam bidang Maritim sangat tinggi termasuk di bidang pelabuhan yaitu terminal bongkar muat barang. Salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang logistik bongkar muat barang adalah PT. Terminal Petikemas Surabaya yang merupakan sebuah terminal berstandar kelas dunia di bidang kepelabuhanan yang menangani ekspor dan impor petikemas baik domestik maupun internasional. Salah satu mesin utama yang digunakan dalam proses bongkar muat barang adalah Container Crane (CC). Rangkaian Speader System pada CC terdapat beberapa alat dan komponen yang saling mempengaruhi, salah satu alat yang berperan penting dalam menggerakkan Spreader adalah Hydraulic. Pada penelitian ini melakukan penentuan waktu optimum pemeliharaan Hydraulic Speader System pada CC-06 dan CC-09 menggunakan metode Geometric Process (GP). Waktu optimum untuk melakukan preventive maintenance pada Hydraulic Speader System Container Crane 06 adalah saat mengalami kerusakan ke-15 dengan estimasi rata-rata biaya sebesar Rp.1.289.800. Sedangkan waktu optimum untuk melakukan kegiatan pemeliharaan pada Container Crane 09 adalah saat mengalami kerusakan ke-30 dengan estimasi rata-rata biaya sebesar Rp. 417.600.

Indonesia's economic potential in the maritime field is very high including in the port sector, namely the loading and unloading terminal. One of the companies engaged in logistics of loading and unloading is PT. Surabaya Container Terminal, which is a world-class standard terminal in the port sector that handles the export and import of containers both domestically and internationally. One of the main machines used in the loading and unloading process is Container Crane (CC). Speader System circuit on CC there are several tools and components that influence each other, one of the tools that plays an important role in moving the Spreader is Hydraulic. In this study, the optimum timing for maintenance Hydraulic Speader System on CC-06 and CC-09 was determined using the Geometric Process (GP) method. The optimum time to do preventive maintenance on the Hydraulic Spreader System Container Crane 06 is when the 15th failure occurs with an estimated average cost Rp.1.289.800. While the optimum time for preventive maintenance on the Hydraulic Spreader System Container Crane 09 is when the 30th failure occurs with an estimated average cost Rp. 417.600.
