Abstract

Terminal Nilam, merupakan terminal multipurpose yang melayani kegiatan bongkar muat peti kemas domestic. Salah satu faktor yang menentukan kelancaran proses bongkar muat adalah mesin container crane bekerja dengan baik, maka perlu dilakukan adanya kegiatan maintenance. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Geometric process-Genetic Algorithm dan bertujuan untuk menentukan waktu optimum perusahaan melakukan tindakan pemeliharaan pada Sistem Hoist dan Sistem Spreader Mesin Container Crane-05. Komponen utama dari Sistem Hoist adalah fuse dan Sistem Spreader adalah motor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa waktu optimum pada Sistem Hoist menggunakan parameter OLS dan OLS-GA menghasilkan kerusakan yang sama yaitu kerusakan ke-10, sedangkan untuk hasil Sistem Spreader menggunakan parameter OLS pada kerusakan ke-8 dan menggunakan parameter OLS-GA pada kerusakan ke-11.

Nilam Terminal, is a multipurpose terminal that serves domestic loading and unloading container's activities. One of the factors that determine the continuity of the loading and unloading process is when the container crane machine works well, so it needs to carry out maintenance activities. This study uses the Geometric process-Genetic Algorithm method. The objective of this study is to determine the optimum time the company carries out the maintenance of the Hoist System and Crane-05 Container Machine Spreader System. The main component of the Hoist System is fuse and the Spreader System is a motor. The results showed that the optimum time in the Hoist System used OLS parameters and OLS-GA parameter, which is the 10th failure, while for the Spreader System used OLS parameter on the 8th failure and used the OLS-GA parameter on the 11th failure.
