Abstract

Sistem adalah kombinasi dari komponen-komponen yang bekerja bersama-sama membentuk suatu obyek tertentu. Keandalan sistem tergantung dari keandalan komponen dan struktur dari sistem. Analisa keandalan sistem bertujuan untuk menganalisa kemampuan suatu peralatan atau sistem dalam menjalankan misinya.Terdapat banyak metode untuk menganalisa keandalan. Beberapa diantaranya adalah metode Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) dan metode Fault Tree Analysis (FTA). Namun metode FMEA dan metode FTA memiliki kelemahan. Metode FMEA membagi komponen sistem berdasarkan hubugan tiap komponen sehingga ketika sistem terlalu kompleks maka worksheet FMEA akan kompleks juga. Sedangkan kelemahan metode FTA adalah diagram Fault Tree disusun berdasarkan penyebab kerusakan sehingga konektifitas komponen fisik tidak bisa menjadi pertimbangan. Nantinya hasil analisa gabungan FMEA dan FTA akan berupa analisa kuantitatif yang didapatkan dari keandalan basic events dan keandalan jaringan serta analisa kualitatif didapatkan dari worksheet FMEA.

System is a combination of components that work together to form a certain object. Reliability system depends on the reliability of the components and structure of the system. Reliability system analysis aims to analyze the ability of a device or system in carrying out its mission. There are many methods to analyze reliability. Some of them are the Failure Modes and Effects Analysis method (FMEA) and the Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) method. But the FMEA method and the FTA method have weaknesses. The FMEA method divides system components based on the relationship of each component so that when the system is too complex the FMEA worksheet will be complex too. While the weakness of the FTA method is the Fault Tree diagram arranged based on the causes of damage so that the connectivity of physical components cannot be considered. Later the results of the combined analysis of FMEA and FTA will be in the form of quantitative analysis obtained from the reliability of basic events and network reliability and qualitative analysis obtained from the FMEA worksheet.
