Abstract
Sistem turbin uap multistage terdiri dari turbin high pressure, medium pressure dan low pressure. Dalam pengoperasiannya, akan terdapat perubahan beban seiring waktu. Ketika sistem menggunakan kontroler state-feedback dan terjadi perubahan beban, respon sistem akan berubah-ubah seiring dengan perubahan beban. Ketika beban naik, maka kecepatan turun, begitu juga sebaliknya. Maka didesainlah kontroler fuzzy robust. Kontroler fuzzy robust bertujuan untuk mempertahankan nilai steady state sistem ketika terjadi perubahan beban. Kontroler fuzzy robust menggunakan struktur kontroler state feedback beserta dengan state observer. Terdapat juga 3 variasi beban, yaitu variasi beban naik, variasi beban turun, dan variasi beban fluktuatif. Konstanta beban yang digunakan berada dalam kisaran 0.75 – 1.25 unit beban. Setelah digunakan kontroler fuzzy robust, diukur perbandingan antara persentase perubahan output dengan persentase perubahan input. Respon sistem stabil di 3000 rpm, dan untuk perbandingan antara persentase output dengan persentase input pada tiga variasi pembebanan, yaitu beban naik, beban turun, dan beban fluktuatif, didapatkan nilai ϵ terbesar sebesar 0.0118%, 0.0496%, dan 0.00411%. Dari ketiga nilai ϵ tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwasanya perbandingan persentase perubahan output dengan persentase perubahan input sangatlah kecil sehingga sistem bisa dibilang robust.

Multistage steam turbine system is composed of high pressure turbine, medium pressure turbine, and low pressure turbine. In their operation, there will be a change of load over time. When system uses state-feedback controller and there is a change of load, system response will change along with the change of load. When the load is increasing, the speed will be decreasing and vice versa. Therefore, robust fuzzy controller is designed. Robust fuzzy controller is used to maintain the steady state value when there is a change of load. Robust fuzzy controller will using the structure of state-feedback controller and state-observer. There are 3 load variation, increasing load, decreasing load, and fluctuating load. Load constant that is used is in the range of 0.75 – 1.25 load unit. After robust fuzzy controller is used, the ratio between output alteration percentage and input alteration percentage is calculated.
