Abstract
Kanker serviks merupakan salah satu kanker dengan kejadian tertinggi nomor dua di Indonesia setelah kanker payudara. Berdasarkan data Riskesdas 2013 oleh Badan Litbangkes Kemenkes RI dan Data Penduduk Sasaran, Pusdatin Kemenkes RI, Provinsi Jawa Timur menjadi provinsi dengan estimasi jumlah penderita kanker serviks terbanyak dibandingkan provinsi lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis interval konfidensi kurva survival faktor risiko yang mempengaruhi survival time pasien kanker serviks di RS Onkologi Surabaya dengan menggunakan formula Greenwood dan formula Aalen-Johansen. Hasil analis Kurva Kaplan Meier menunjukkan bahwa variabel yang membiliki perbedaan kurva survival adalah status pernikahan, stadium,dan treatment operasi. Hasil analisis interval konfidensi kurva survival menunjukkan bahwa konfidensi interval yang dihitung menggunakan formula Aalen-Johansen memiliki lebar interval lebih pendek dibandingkan interval konfidensi yang dihitung menggunakan formula Greenwood untuk seluruh variabel penelitian.

Cervical cancer is one of the highest occurrences cancer in Indonesia after breast cancer. Based on Riskesdas data by the Research and Development Agency of Indonesian Ministry of Health and Target Population Data by Data and Information Centre of Indonesian Ministry of Health, East Java Province is the province with the highest estimated number of people with cervical cancer. This study aims to analyze the confidence intervals of risk factor survival curve that affect the survival times of cervical cancer patients at Surabaya Oncologi Huspital using the Greenwood Formula and Aalen-Johansen Formula. The result of the Kaplan Meier Curve show that the variables that have differences in survival curves are marital status, stage of cancer, and surgical treatment. The result of the confidence interval analysis of survival curves indicate that the confidence interval calculated using Aalen-Johansen Formula has shorter interval width than confidence interval calculated using Greenwood Formula for all research variables.
