Abstract

PVac tipe YP30 adalah produk jenis ini yang paling banyak diminati oleh konsumen PT Trimitra Sejati Jaya. Salah satu tahapan terpenting proses produksi proses produksi adalah monitoring dan pengendalian kualitas. Pada perusahaan ini tahap tersebut hanya dilakukan sebatas pengukuran secara deskriptif, sehingga monitoring serta pengendalian kualitas proses produksi belum dilakukan secara statistik. Pada penelitian ini akan dilakukan monitoring kualitas proses produksi PVac tipe YP 30 berdasarkan pengukuran variabel visco dan solid, karena kedua variabel tersebut yang paling umum dan cenderung fluktuatif. Di samping itu kedua variabel tersebut saling berhubungan, berdistribusi normal dan data pada pengamatan merupakan pengamatan individu sehingga metode yang digunakan untuk dapat mengendalikan variabilitas proses maupun rata-rata proses serta mendeteksi pergeseran proses menggunakan diagram kontrol multivariat M dan T2-Hotelling serta univariat Individual Moving Range (IMR) yang masing-masing digunakan di fase I dan II. Hasil yang diperoleh berdasarkan diagram kontrol multivariat M masih terdapat titik yang diluar batas kontrol, titik tersebut diduga berasal dari variabel solid jika dilihat kontribusinya menggunakan diagram kontrol univariat I-MR. Kapabilitas proses secara univariat maupun multivariat untuk presisi dan akurasi proses produksi relatif rendah dan belum kapabel.

The most demanded PVac type of product is YP30 in PT Trimitra Sejati Jaya. One of the most important production process stages is monitoring and quality control. Stages that are used in the company are only limited to manual measurement (descriptive), so that the quality control of the production process has not been conducted statistically. This YP-30 quality control production process research is going to be conducted based on the measurement of the visco and solid variables, for the two variables are the most common-used and is fluctuate. In addition, the two variables are independent and has met the assumption of a multivariate normal distribution the data on QC observation in which found in the company are individual observations or only have one subgroup (n = 1). Hence, the method that are able to be used to control process variability and averages then detect a process shift are the multivariate M and T2-Hotelling control chart and univariate Individual Moving Range (I-MR) which are used in phase I and phase II. The results obtained based on multivariate M control chart still points that are out-of-control. These points are expected to originate from solid variables when observed by their contribution using the univariate I-MR control chart. In addition to other control charts, it has been in-control. Process capability in a univariate and multivariate method for precision and accuracy of the production process is relatively low and not capable yet.
