Abstract

PT. Trias Sentosa Tbk telah menjadi produsen film kemasan fleksibel terbesar di Indonesia saat ini, salah satu produk yang paling banyak diproduksi yaitu jenis film Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene (BOPP). Pada penelitian ini, analisis pengendalian kualitas dilakukan menggunakan data tahun 2018. Hasil uji dependensi menunjukkan bahwa ketiga karakteristik kualitas film BOPP yaitu thickness, strength MD, dan strength TD saling berhubungan sehingga digunakan diagram kendali Multivariate Exponentially Weighted Moving Variance (MEWMV) untuk mendeteksi perubahan variabilitas proses. Sementara itu, pengendalian rata-rata proses produksi dilakukan dengan menggunakan diagram kendali Multivariate Exponentially Weighted Moving Average (MEWMA). Hasil yang diperoleh untuk variabilitas proses telah terkendali secara statistik dengan menggunakan pembobot optimum w = 0,7 dan lamda = 0,9. Sedangkan hasil rata-rata proses menunjukkan proses belum terkendali secara statistik dengan menggunakan nilai pembobot optimum lamda=0,9. Variabel utama penyebab pengamatan yang berada diluar batas kendali pada ratarata proses adalah variabel thickness dan strength TD. Kapabilitas proses menggunakan indeks MPp dan MPpk menunjukkan proses kapabel dengan nilai MPp sebesar 1,64 dan MPpk sebesar 1,39. Nilai ini menunjukkan bahwa presisi dan akurasi proses sangat baik.

PT. Trias Sentosa Tbk has become the largest flexible packaging film producer in Indonesia, one of the most produced products is film Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene (BOPP). In this research, the analysis of quality control is performed based on data for 2018. The test results of dependence on three film BOPP quality characteristics are interrelated thickness, strength MD and strength TD, the analysis is undertaken using Multivariate Weighted Moving Variance (MEWMV) to look for variations in process variability. Meanwhile, the monitoring of mean production process using Multivariate Weighted Moving Average (MEWMA) control chart. The results obtained for the controlled variability process with statistics using optimum weighting w = 0.7 and lamda = 0.9. While the average results of the assessment process have not been controlled by statistics using the optimum weighting value lamda = 0.9. The main variable causes some observationsare still out of control on the mean process is the variabel thickness and strength TD. Process capability is using MPp dan MPpk index that shows the processis already capable with MPp values is 1.64 and MPpk is 1.39. This value indicates that the precision and accuracy of the process is good.
