Abstract

Pada penelitian ini telah dilakukan skrining bakteri resistan antibiotik ampisilin dengan konsentrasi 0,25 ppm dari lumpur Lapindo titik A1 (Lintang Selatan: 70 31’46,23” dan Bujur Timur: 1120 42’36,83”). Berdasarkan hasil skrining, bakteri konsorsium A2 telah berhasil diisolasi dan dilakukan pengujian di antaranya, uji pewarnaan gram, pembuatan kurva pertumbuhan, dan uji interaksi konsorsium A2 dengan jamur uji. Jamur uji yang dipilih adalah Aspergillus fumigatus. Uji pewarnaan gram menunjukkan bahwa konsorsium A2 dominan bakteri gram negatif berbentuk basil. Pada kurva pertumbuhan, diketahui durasi waktu hidup konsorsium A2 selama 32 jam dengan waktu awal stasioner pada jam ke-12. Pada uji dual kultur tidak didapati adanya interaksi penghambatan pada jamur Aspergillus fumigatus.

This study was carried out to screen for potential antimicrobial resistance of 0.25 ppm ampicillin from Lapindo mud A1(South Latitude: 70 31'46,23 "and East Longitude: 1120 42'36,83"). As a result of screening, the A2 consortium bacteria was successfully isolated and tested, including gram staining test, making growth patterns, and interaction testing of A2 consortium with fungi. In this study, fungi that chosen is Aspergillus fumigatus. The gram staining test showed that the A2 consortium is dominant a gram-negative bacil bacteria. On the growth curve, it is known the lifetime of the A2 consortium for 32 hours with the stationary time start at 12 hours. In the dual culture testing result, there was no inhibition interaction with fungi Aspergillus fumigatus.
