Abstract
Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi pada era digital pada akhir dekade ini membuat persaingan antar perusahaan kian masif dan kompetitif. Saat ini penerapan teknologi informasi pada perusahaan digunakan untuk mendukung tercapainya strategi bisnis, mempercepat operasional serta analisis manajemen hingga pengambilan keputusan oleh top level management. PT Sakura Nusantara Industri merupakan perusahaan swasta yang bergerak pada bidang manufaktur untuk kebutuhan harness industri otomotif. Dalam menjalankan bisnisnya PT Sakura Nusantara belum mempunyai sistem terintegrasi dan masih melakukan pencatatan serta pelaporan secara manual. Laporan penjualan, laporan pembelian material, hingga laporan keuangan masih menggunakan transaksi manual sehingga kondisi ini menyebabkan perusahaan rentan dalam mengalami kehilangan dokumen transaksional, selain itu keterlambatan penyampaian informasi juga kerap bermasalah karena integrasi data yang tidak sesuai dengan kondisi di lapangan. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan otomasi dan integrasi dari proses bisnis menggunakan sistem ERP. Sebelum melakukan konfigurasi dan kostumisasi dibutuhkan analisis perancangan dalam bentuk pemetaan blueprint proses bisnis as – is dengan proses bisnis to – be. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan proses analisis kesenjangan untuk memetakan usulan proses bisnis perusahaan yang ada pada saat ini dengan kondisi proses bisnis yang diusulkan ke depan. Proses konfigurasi dan kostumisasi dilakukan mengacu kepada dokumen blueprint dan dokumen analisis kesenjangan. Setelah melakukan konfigurasi dan kostumisasi juga dilakukan pembuatan user manual sebagai pedoman operasional bagi user dan stakeholder terkait. Penggunaan sistem ERP diharapkan dapat mengatasi permasalahan yang saat ini terjadi pada PT Sakura Nusantara Industri. Penelitian tugas akhir ini menggunakan software yang berbasis open source yaitu Odoo dengan versi 10.0. Software Odoo merupakan sebuah software berbasis open source sehingga bebas biaya.
Dengan adanya konfigurasi dan kostumisasi sistem ERP Odoo pada tugas akhir ini dengan studi kasus PT Sakura Nusantara Industri ini diharapkan memiliki hasil yaitu sebuah sistem informasi yang dapat mengotomasi pelaporan dan pencatatan serta mengintegrasikan informasi dari proses bisnis yang ada dan mendukung berjalannya bisnis perusahaan. Penggunaan ERP ini diharapkan juga dapat memberikan keakuratan informasi dan dapat digunakan untuk proses evaluasi terhadap kondisi saat ini untuk mendukung bisnis perusahaan.

The rapid development of technology in the digital era at the end of this decade has made competition between companies increasingly massive and competitive. Currently the application of information technology to companies is used to support the achievement of business strategies, accelerate operations and management analysis to decision making by top level management. PT Sakura Nusantara Industri is a private company engaged in manufacturing for the needs of the automotive industry's harness. In carrying out its business, PT Sakura Nusantara does not yet have an integrated system and still records and reports manually. Sales reports, material purchase reports, and financial reports still use manual transactions so that this condition causes companies to be vulnerable to experiencing transactional document loss, besides the delay in delivering information is also often problematic due to data integration that is not in accordance with conditions in the field. Therefore we need automation and integration of business processes using an ERP system. Before configuring and customizing design analysis is needed in the form of mapping the blueprint of the as-is business process with the to-be business process. Then proceed with the gap analysis process to map the company's current business process proposals to the conditions of the proposed business process in the future. The configuration and customization process is carried out referring to the blueprint document and the gap analysis document. After configuring and customizing, a user manual is also made as an operational guideline for users and related stakeholders. The use of ERP systems is expected to overcome the problems that currently occur at PT Sakura Nusantara Industri. This final project research uses open source-based software, Odoo with version 10.0. Odoo software is an open source software that is free.
With the configuration and customization of the Odoo ERP system in this final project, the case study of PT Sakura Nusantara Industri is expected to have results, namely an information system that can automate the reporting and recording and integrate information from existing business processes and support the company's business. The use of ERP is expected to also provide information accuracy and can be used for the evaluation process of the current conditions to support the company's business.
