Abstract
Kemampuan Manajemen Rantai Pasok dalam mengotomatisasi aliran data suatu produk dari hulu ke hilir membuat produk dapat berjalan lebih cepat, efektif, dan efisien bagi suatu organisasi atau perusahaan. Dalam mengevaluasi kinerja perusahaan secara efesien, efektif, dan cepat maka perlu diperlakukan proses monitoring yang baik. PT. Pos Indonesia Regional 7 telah memiliki visualisasi kinerja perusahaan terkait distribusi jasa kurir (paket dan pos) tiap wilayah secara manual. Namun perusahaan belum memiliki visualisasi data kinerja perusahaan secara terintegrasi dan menarik untuk wilayah-wilayah yang menjadi cakupan perusahaan tersebut. Hal ini dapat mengakibatkan pengambilan keputusan pada tingkat taktis menjadi tidak efektif dan tidak efisien, karena tidak ada integrasi visualisasi dari hasil kinerja perusahaan. Tugas akhir ini akan merancang visualisasi berupa dashboard dari data jasa kurir (paket dan pos). Dashboard ini dapat menampilkan hasil kinerja perusahaan tiap wilayah yang terintegrasi agar lebih mudah digunakan oleh perusahaan (user friendly) dalam mengambil suatu keputusan pada tingkat taktis atau regional. Perancangan dashboard ini akan disesuaikan dengan KPI atau metrik yang dimiliki perusahaan dengan metrik yang terdapat pada kerangka kerja SCOR. Sehingga diharapkan hal tersebut bisa digunakan sebagai acuan sebuah perusahaan dalam menentukan metrik yang sesuai dengan proses bisnis utama perusahaan. Luaran yang dihasilkan dari hasil penelitian ini berupa rancangan visualisasi data hasil kinerja perusahaan berupa dashboard yang terintegrasi antar wilayah-wilayah yang berada dicakupan PT. Pos Indonesia Regional 7. Selain itu, rancangan visualisasi dashboard tersebut telah diterima oleh PT. Pos Indonesia Regional 7 yang ditunjukkan pada hasil lembar validasi dashboard berdasarkan skenario yang telah dibuat.

Supply Chain Management Capabilities in automating the data flow of a product from upstream to downstream makes the product run faster, effective, and efficient for an organization or company. For evaluating the performance of the company efficiently, effectively, and quickly it needs to be treated with a good monitoring process. PT. Pos Indonesia Regional 7 has a manual visualization of the company's performance related to the distribution of courier services (packages and posts) in each region. However, the company does not yet have an integrated and attractive visualization of the company's performance data for the areas that are in the scope of its company. This can affect the decision making at the tactical level being ineffective and inefficient, because there is no visualization integration from the results of the company's performance. This final project will design a visualization in the form of a dashboard from the courier service data (package and post). This dashboard can display the results of the company's performance in each integrated region so that it is easier to use by the company (user friendly) in making a decision at a tactical or regional level. The design of this dashboard will be adjusted to the KPI or company-owned metrics with the metrics found in the SCOR framework. So it is expected that this can be used as a reference for a company in determining metrics that are in line with the company's main business processes. The output generated from the results of this study is in the form of a visualization design of data on the results of the company's performance in the form of an integrated dashboard between the areas that are covered by PT. Pos Indonesia Regional 7. In addition, the dashboard visualization design was received by PT. Pos Indonesia Regional 7 which is shown in the results of the dashboard validation sheet based on the scenario that was created.
