Abstract

Konteks - Adopsi teknologi informasi (TI) berupa ERP menjadi opsi untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan keuntungan. ERP merupakan perangkat lunak yang dikemas untuk mendukung bisnis melalui integrasi seluruh informasi lintas departemen secara terpusat dan real time. Untuk mengakuisisi perangkat lunak ERP dibutuhkan tiga fase yang harus dilewati, yang mana seleksi merupakan fase pertama tersebut.
Permasalahan - UMKM XYZ memiliki beberapa keterbatasan dalam mengakuisisi perangkat lunak ERP, diantaranya finansial, sumber daya, dan pengetahuan. Saat ini, berbagai jenis perangkat lunak ERP open source yang tersedia memiliki kelebihan dan kekurangan masing-masing. Kriteria yang sesuai dengan UMKM XYZ dan ahli ERP dibutuhkan untuk meminimalisir kekurangan saat mengadopsi perangkat lunak ERP. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan analisis sebelum mengadopsi perangkat lunak ERP dan modulnya yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan UMKM XYZ.
Tujuan - Memberikan rekomendasi perangkat lunak ERP dan penerapan modulnya berdasarkan urutan yang dihasilkan untuk memaksimalkan investasi TI. Selain itu, dihasilkan pula kriteria yang dipilih oleh UMKM dan ahli ERP dalam seleksi perangkat lunak ERP.
Metode - Penelitian ini menerapkan metode Analytic Network Process (ANP) dengan studi kasus UMKM yang bergerak dibidang manufaktur, yaitu produksi pempek. Pengambilan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan pengisian kuesioner oleh pemilik UMKM dan ahli ERP. Data tersebut diolah dan dimodelkan menggunakan software Super Decisions untuk menghasilkan urutan alternatif perangkat luank ERP. Alternatif yang terpilih akan ditentukan modul dan urutan penerapannya berdasarkan prioritas kebutuhan UMKM.
Hasil – Terdapat 8 kriteria dan 15 subkriteria yang dipilih oleh UMKM XYZ dan ahli ERP. Alternatif odoo dan 6 urutan modul yang dapat diterapkan oleh UMKM XYZ direkomendasikan untuk memaksimalkan investasi TI. Adapun urutan modul-modul tersebut yaitu, inventory, purchasing, manufacturing, sales, accounting dan point of sale.
Manfaat- Meminimalkan risiko kegagalan dan memaksimalkan peluang keberhasilan implementasi perangkat lunak ERP melalui rekomendasi pengambilan keputusan terkait investasi perangkat lunak ERP.

Context - The adoption of information technology (IT) in the form of ERP is an option to increase productivity and profits. ERP is software that is packaged to support the business through the integration of all cross-departmental information in a centralized and real-time manner. To acquire ERP software, three phases need to be passed, which is the first phase of selection.
Problems - MSMEs XYZ has several limitations in acquiring ERP software, including financial, resources, and knowledge. At present, various types of open source ERP software available have their advantages and disadvantages. The criteria that are appropriate for XYZ MSMEs and ERP experts are needed to minimize deficiencies when adopting ERP software. Therefore, analysis is needed before adopting the ERP and module software that is in accordance with the needs of XYZ MSMEs.
Purpose - Provide ERP software recommendations and application of modules based on the sequence generated to maximize IT investment. In addition, criteria were also selected by MSMEs and ERP experts in the selection of ERP software.
Method - This study applies the Analytic Network Process (ANP) method with MSME case studies engaged in manufacturing, namely the production of fish cake. Data retrieval is done through interviews and filling out questionnaires by MSME owners and ERP experts. The data is processed and modeled using Super Decisions software to produce an alternative sequence of ERP software. The selected alternative will be determined by the module and the order of implementation based on the priority of MSME needs.
Results - There are 8 criteria and 15 sub-criteria selected by XYZ MSMEs and ERP experts. The alternative ODOO and 6 module sequences that can be applied by XYZ MSMEs are recommended to maximize IT investment. The sequence of modules is inventory, purchasing, manufacturing, sales, accounting and point of sale.
Benefits - Minimize the risk of failure and maximize the chances of successful ERP software implementation through recommendations for decision making related to ERP software investment.
