Abstract

Pada pelaksanaan ujian tulis, PTN menawarkan tiga program studi yang sudah digolongkan sesuai jurusan di SLTA dan terdapat pilihan lintas minat. Lintas minat yaitu memilih jurusan kuliah yang berbeda dari jurusan di SLTA. Bagi mahasiswa lintas minat yang diterima di PTN terkait harus mengejar ketertinggalan karena terdapat perbedaan pembelajaran saat di SLTA. Sedangkan mahasiswa yang tidak melakukan lintas minat, tetap dapat mengikuti pembelajaran dengan baik sehingga mampu mencapai prestasi akademik yang memuaskan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kecenderungan prestasi akademik mahasiswa pilihan lintas minat jalur ujian tulis dengan variabel yang berpengaruh dengan IPK menggunakan analisis log linier 2 dimensi dan 3 dimensi. Pada analisis log linier 2 dimensi menunjukkan bahwa variabel jenis kelamin, asal daerah mahasiswa, jenis SLTA, jurusan SLTA, pilihan lintas minat, kelompok ujian, pilihan diterima, status bidikmisi, serta lokasi PTN memiliki hubungan dengan IPK dan model yang terbentuk adalah model lengkap (saturated). Sedangkan pada analisis log linier 3 dimensi menunjukkan hubungan antara IPK dan pilihan lintas minat dengan variabel yaitu jenis kelamin, asal daerah mahasiswa, jenis SLTA, jurusan SLTA, kelompok ujian, pilihan diterima, status bidikmisi, serta lokasi PTN.

In conducting written examinations, PTN offer three study programs that have been classified according to majors in high school and there are choices across interests. Cross interest is to choose a different major from the department in high school. For cross-interest students who are accepted in the relevant PTN, they must catch up because there are differences in learning at high school. While students who do not do cross-interest, can still participate in learning well so that they are able to achieve satisfactory academic achievement. This study aims to determine the tendency of student academic achievement of choice across interest in written test pathways with variables that influence the GPA using 2-dimensional and 3-dimensional linear log analysis. The 2-dimensional linear log analysis shows that gender, student origin, high school, senior high school, cross-interest, test group, choice accepted, bidikmisi status, and PTN location have a relationship with the GPA and the model is complete ( saturated). Whereas in the 3-dimensional linear log analysis showed the relationship between GPA, choice between interests with variables namely gender, origin of student area, type of high school, high school major, test group, choice accepted, bidikmisi status, and location of PTN.
