Abstract
Sektor usaha garmen menjadi industri strategis bagi perekonomian Indonesia. Nilai ekspor tekstil dan garmen di Indonesia mengalami kenaikan tiap tahunnya. UMKM Giyomi.id merupakan salah satu UMKM yang bergerak di bidang produksi garmen untuk dijual ke end customer secara online dan offline. Giyomi.id berfokus pada pengembangan garmen wanita dengan tipe proses bisnis Make to Stock (MTS), dimana UMKM Giyomi.id mengembangkan produknya sendiri mulai dari pengembangan ide produk baru, pembuatan sampel produk, produksi, penerimaan barang jadi dari penjahit dan pemasaran. Dalam melakukan produksi Giyomi.id bergantung pada vendor. Sehingga saat ini proses produksi sering kali mengalami keterlambatan produksi yang tidak sesuai dengan perkiraan timeline yang telah dibuat oleh pemilik. Hal ini membuat proses penjualan terganggu dan menimbulkan kerugian finansial pada Giyomi.id. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan analisis proses bisnis produksi pada Giyomi.id, untuk mengetahui penyelesaian permasalahann yang sesuai. Analisis dapat dilakukan dengan pendekatan Business Process Management. Langkah pertama melakukan identifikasi proses dengan memetakan proses bisnis produksi. Selanjutnya memodelkan proses bisnis as-is. Kemudian melakukan analisis kualitatif melalui wawancara dan observasi untuk mengetahui kendala – kendala yang muncul pada proses bisnis as is dengan tolok ukur waktu yang dibutuhkan dalam menyelesaikan proses produksi. Metode analisis menggunakan Root cause analysis dan Value Added Analysis. Hasil analisis digunakan sebagai dasar pembuatan usulan rancangan ulang proses bisnis produksi yang dimodelkan menjadi to be proses produksi. Hasil rancang ulang kemudian akan disimulasikan untuk dibandingkan dengan proses bisnis as-is. Metode simulasi yang digunakan yaitu discrete-event simulation dengan menggunakan software simulasi proses bisnis (Bizagi Modeler). Hasil dari tugas akhir ini adalah usulan rancangan ulang proses bisnis produksi yang akan diberikan pada Giyomi.id sebagai acuan perbaikan proses bisnis produksi, dengan harapan permasalahan ketepatan waktu produksi dapat terselesaikan.

The garment business sector becomes a strategic industry for the Indonesian economy. The export value of textiles and garments in Indonesia has increased every year. Giyomi.id MSME is one of the MSMEs engaged in garment production to be sold to end customers online and offline. Giyomi.id focuses on women's garment development with the type of make to stock (MTS) business process. UMKM Giyomi.id develops its own products starting from developing new product ideas, making product samples, producing product, receiving finished goods from tailors and marketing. Giyomi's production process depends on the vendor(third party).
So that currently the production process often experiences delays in production which are not in accordance with the estimated timeline that has been made by the owner. This makes the sales process disrupted and results in financial losses at Giyomi.id. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the production business process at Giyomi.id, to find out the appropriate resolution of the problem. Analysis can be done using the Business Process Management approach. The first step is to identify the process by mapping the production business process. Furthermore, modelling the as-is business process. Then do a qualitative analysis through interviews and observations to find out the obstacles that arise in the business process as is the benchmark of the time needed to complete the production process. The analysis method uses Root cause analysis and Value-Added Analysis. The results of the analysis are used as the basis for making a proposal for a redesign of the production business process that is modelled to be the production process. The results of the redesign will then be simulated to be compared with the as-is business process. The simulation method used is discrete-event simulation using business process simulation software (Bizagi Modeler). The results of this final project are the proposed redesign of the production business process that will be given to the Giyomi.id as a reference for improving production business processes, with the hope that the problems of production accuracy can be resolved and the production process can be carried out according to the Giyomi.id timeline.
