Abstract

PTPN XI mengimplementasikan sistem Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) dari vendor SAP sejak Februari 2017. Beberapa pihak memiliki perspektif yang berbeda dalam menilai penggunaan sistem, sehingga sulit untuk mengukur tingkat keberhasilan suatu sistem ERP. Tugas akhir ini melakukan analisis hambatan selama penerapan sistem ERP dari perspektif kantor pusat dan unit Pabrik Gula Kedawoeng PTPN XI serta melihat kesamaan pendapat yang dihadapi dari kedua pihak tersebut sehingga dijadikan dasar acuan dalam melakukan perbaikan dan peningkatan kinerja sistem perusahaan. Analisis kualitatif mengolah transkrip wawancara menggunakan Content Analysis. Metode ini digunakan untuk mengembangkan kategori ke dalam tema berasal dari jawaban narasumber berupa teks dengan cara yang serupa dengan teks mining. Stakeholder Analysis untuk mendapatkan hasil dari berbagai perspektif. Hasil analisis berupa variabel hambatan implementasi sistem ERP yang selanjutnya dikembangkan dalam penyusunan kuesioner skala likert untuk disebarkan kepada responden sebanyak 44 karyawan di Kantor Pusat dan Pabrik Gula Kedawoeng. Penelitian kuantitatif mengolah hasil kuesioner menggunakan metode uji Mann-Whitney. Hasil uji Mann-Whitney digunakan untuk mengukur perbedaan yang signifikan antara kedua sampel. Hasilnya uji Mann-Whitney menunjukkan tidak adanya perbedaan yang signifikan dari keduanya. Hasil akhir penelitian ini adalah rekomendasi solusi perbaikan agar pengguna melakukan pengecekan kembali setiap data yang akan diinput kedalam sistem ERP, menerapkan BPR (Business Process Re-engineering) dengan benar, mengadakan pelatihan untuk pengguna agar dapat memahami sistem ERP sepenuhnya, menyediakan infrastruktur dan sumber daya yang memadai, serta merancang sistem ERP dengan cermat agar ramah bagi pengguna . Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu PTPN XI dalam melakukan evaluasi serta perbaikan penerapan sistem ERP untuk mencapai tujuan bisnisnya. ==================================================================================================================================
PTPN XI has implemented an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system from SAP vendors since February 2017. The company overcomes various problems and obstacles in implementing ERP. Some sides have different perspectives in evaluating system usage, so it is difficult to measure the success rate of an ERP system. This final project conducted a barrier analysis during the implementation of the ERP system from the perspective of headquarters and unit of the Kedawoeng PTPN XI Sugar Factory and also by looking at the evaluation of opinions related to both sides which is used as a reference for the improvement of the company's system. Qualitative analysis of interview transcripts process is using the Content Analysis inductive method. This method is used to develop categories into a coverage theme that comes from the answers of the resource person consisting of the same text as the mining text. Stakeholder analysis is used to obtain results from various perspectives. The results of the analysis are the variables implementing the ERP system which is subsequently developed in the submission of a likert scale questionnaire to be distributed to as many as 44 employees at the headquarters and unit of the Kedawoeng PTPN XI Sugar Factory. Quantitative research processes the results of the questionnaire using the Mann-Whitney test method. The results of the Mann-Whitney test were used to measure significant differences between the both sample and it shows no significant differences between them. The final results of this study encourage users to re-check each data to be inputted into the system, implement BPR (Business Re-engineering process”, organize education and training for users to be able to fully support the ERP system, provide infrastructure and resources adequate and design ERP system carefully. As the results of this study are expected to help and support PTPN XI in evaluating and improving the ERP system to reach their business goal.
