Abstract

PDAM sebagai perusahaan daerah yang bergerak dibidang jasa penyediaan air. Salah satu tujuan dibentuknya PDAM adalah memproduksi air bersih dan mendistribusikannya ke seluruh pelanggan. Dalam pendistribusian air terdapat masalah pada sistem pencatatan air pelanggan. Sistem pencatatan masih dilakukan secara konvensional dengan cara mendatangi rumah pelanggan dan mencatat penggunaan air pelanggan secara manual. Biaya yang dikeluarkan oleh PDAM untuk operasional petugas yang melakukan pencatatan penggunaan air pelanggan sangatlah besar. Kesalahan dalam penulisan debit meteran, rumah pelanggan yang kosong, dan penempatan meteran air yang sulit dijangkau petugas mengakibatkan adanya potensi kerugian bagi PDAM. Pada tugas akhir ini dibuat sebuah sistem pencatatan debit air otomatis Dengan menggunakan mikrokontroler ESP8266 dan sensor debit air FS300A. Alat ini memiliki persentase kehilangan air pada volume 2 liter sebanyak 1 %, pada volume 6 liter sebanyak 1.7083 %, dan pada volume 10 liter sebanyak 1.79%. Pengiriman data sensor ke database memiliki performa yang sangat baik berdasarkan parameter yang telah ditentukan sebelumnya dengan throughput sebesar 0.061 Mbit/s, packet loss sebesar 0 %, dan delay sebesar 31.27 ms.

One of the objectives of establishing a PDAM is to produce clean water and distribute it to all customers. In the distribution of water there are problems in the customer's water recording system. The recording system is still done conventionally by visiting the customer's home and manually recording the customer's water usage. The costs incurred by the PDAM for operational officers who record customer water use are very large. Errors in writing meter discharge, empty customer houses, and placement of water meters that are difficult to reach by officers result in potential losses for PDAM. This final project create a system for recording water flow using the ESP8266 microcontroller and FS300A. This tool has a percentage of water loss at a volume of 2 liters of 1%, at a volume of 6 liters as much as 1.7083%, and at a volume of 10 liters as much as 1.79%. Sending sensor data to the database has very good performance based on predetermined parameters with a throughput of 0.061 Mbit / s, packet loss of 0%, and delay of 31.27 ms.
