Abstract
Perusahaan plasticizer merupakan perusahaan penghasil bahan baku plastik yaitu Dioctyl Phthalate (DOP). Untuk menghasilkan DOP berkualitas dibutuhkan proses yang baik. Proses produksi DOP adalah reaktor, heater, stripper dan pendukung. Salah satu proses pendukung dalam proses produksi adalah cooling water pump, yang berfungsi sebagai proses air pendingin yang digunakan untuk service kebutuhan dalam proses produksi DOP. Penelitian ini membahas penjadwalan maintenance menggunakan metode Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) II untuk menghasilkan maintenance task yang tepat. Melalui RCM II Decision worksheet dilengkapi dengan 5 jenis maintenance task yaitu Scheduled Restoration Task, Scheduled Discard Task, On Condition Task, Finding Failure Task dan No Schedule Maintenance Task. Selanjutnya RCM II Information worksheet menggunakan Failure Mode Effect And Analysis (FMEA) untuk mengetahui fungsi komponen, fungsi kegagalan, penyebab kegagalan, dan akibat yang ditimbulkan dari kegagalan komponen. Kemudian ditentukan interval perawatan sekaligus dilakukan plotting kalender perawatan selama periode 1 tahun serta teknik penentuan pengadaan komponen pada cooling water pump. Hasil analisis RCM II yaitu terdapat 6 komponen dengan tipe perawatan scheduled discard task, 2 komponen dengan tipe perawatan scheduled restoration task, dan 3 komponen menggunakan tipe perawatan failure finding interval. Total efisiensi biaya perawatan adalah 24% yaitu sebesar Rp. 94.165.350,00

The plasticizer company is a plastic raw material producing company, Dioctyl Phthalate (DOP). To produce quality DOP, a good component is needed. The DOP production process are reactor, heater, stripper and supporters. One of the supporting process in the production process is a water pump, which functions as a process of cooling water that is used to service needs in the DOP production process. This study discusses maintenance scheduling using the Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) II method to produce the right maintenance task. Through RCM II the worksheet decision is equipped with 5 types of maintenance tasks, namely Scheduled Restoration Task, Scheduled Discard Task, On Condition Task, Finding Failure Task and No Schedule Maintenance Task. Furthermore RCM II Information worksheet uses Failure Mode Effect And Analysis (FMEA) to find out the function of components, failure functions, causes of failure, and the consequences of component failure. Then the maintenance interval was determined as well as plotting the maintenance calendar for a period of 1 year and the technique of determining the procurement of components at the cooling water pump. The results of RCM II analysis are that there are 6 components with the type of scheduled discard task maintenance, 2 components with the type of maintenance restoration task schedule, and 3 components using the type of failure finding interval treatment. The total efficiency of maintenance costs is 24% which is Rp. 94,165,350.00.
