Abstract

Portofolio aplikasi pada suatu organisasi harus mampu menjangkau keseluruhan elemen organisasi. Pada penelitian sebelumnya, penyusunan postofolio aplikasi pada Pondok Pesantren Darul ‘Ulum (PPDU) menggunakan pendekatan strategi yang dianggap kurang sesuai dengan model organisasi PPDU sehingga hasil portofolio aplikasi lebih berfokus pada program yayasan dan tidak mencakup kebutuhan dari seluruh unit yang dinaungi PPDU. Penyusunan portofolio aplikasi PPDU pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menerapkan kerangka kerja The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) atau biasa disebut dengan Architecture Development method (ADM). Fase ADM yang digunakan yaitu fase preliminary untuk mempersiapkan seluruh kebutuhan dalam penyusunan portofolio aplikasi. Kedua, fase arsitektur visi untuk mengkonfirmasi ulang tujuan organisasi sebagai landasan pembangunan portofolio aplikasi. Ketiga, fase arsitektur bisnis untuk menganalisa besaline proses bisnis PPDU sebagai acuan penyusunan target arsitektur bisnis. Terakhir, fase arsitektur sistem informasi dilakukan untuk memperoleh kebutuhan data dan aplikasi PPDU guna menghasilkan daftar portofolio aplikasi yang sesuai. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, PPDU menaungi 3 unit terpenting, yaitu yayasan, sekolah, dan asrama. Pada ketiga unit tersebut diusulkan beberapa aplikasi sesuai kebutuhannya. Dimana sekretariat pusat akan membutuhkan 11 aplikasi baru dan mengembangkan aplikasi psbonline. Sekolah membutuhkan 8 aplikasi baru dan mengembangkan 2 aplikasi milik sekolah. Sedangkan asrama membutuhkan pembangunan 3 aplikasi baru.

Creating an application portfolio in this study was carried out by implementing The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF), commonly referred to as the Architecture Development Method (ADM). This study uses ADM starting from the preliminary phase to prepare all the requirements for creating an application portfolio. Then, the architecture vision phase is used to reconfirm the organization's goals as the baseline for developing the application portfolio. Third, the business architecture phase is used to analyze the baseline business processes, which serves as a reference for setting the business architecture target. The final phase is the information system architecture phase, used to obtain data and application requirements to produce a list of suitable application portfolios for PPDU. Based on the results of the study, PPDU has 3 most important units, namely institutions, schools, and dormitories. For these three units, several applications were proposed according to their respective needs. Developing an application portfolio is needed to improve the work effectiveness of each unit.
