Abstract

Kawasan industri Java Integrated Industrial and Ports Estate (JIIPE) yang berada di Kecamatan Manyar, Kabupaten Gresik merupakan daerah yang tanah dasar didominasi oleh lempung. Jenis tanah tersebut kurang baik apabila dilakukan konstruksi bangunan di permukaan, untuk mengatasi hal tersebut dilakukan stabilisasi tanah atau soil improvement dengan timbunan batuan karbonat. Walaupun telah dilakukan stabilisasi tanah terkadang tetap terjadi penurunan tanah yang menyebabkan konstruksi bangunan di permukaan tanah menjadi rusak. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut perlu dilakukan analisis penurunan tanah yang terjadi pada lokasi penelitian sehingga dapat diketahui tindak lanjut sebelum konstruksi dilakukan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode resistivitas 2D konfigurasi Wenner-Schlumberger untuk mengetahui batas antara lapisan lempung dan timbunan karbonat melalui sebaran nilai resistivitas bawah permukaan. Data uji tanah digunakan sebagai data pendukung interpretasi resistivitas dan pemodelan penurunan tanah secara 2D. Hasil pengukuran resistivitas menunjukkan nilai resistivitas hasil inversi yang diinterpretasikan sebagai tanah lempung berkisar 0.1 – 1.13 Ωm dan untuk nilai resistivitas lebih dari 1.13 Ωm diinterpretasikan sebagai timbunan kabonat dan pemodelan penurunan akhir (Overall Settlement) yang optimal adalah model dengan 50 kali pencacahan dengan nilai penurunan tanah maksimum hingga 571.9 mm Sehingga hasil analisis yang diperoleh dapat dijadikan evaluasi penurunan tanah dari beban timbunan serta menjadi referensi sebelum dilakukan konstruksi.

The Java Integrated Industrial and Ports Estate (JIIPE) located in Manyar Subdistrict, Gresik Regency is an area which land is dominated by clay, the type of soil is not good for the construction of buildings on its surface. To overcome this, soil or soil improvement stabilization is carried out with carbonate embankment. Although soil stabilization has been carried out sometimes land subsidence still occurs which causes the construction of buildings on the ground to be damaged. For this reason, it is necessary to analyze the soil degradation that occurs at the research location so that follow-up can be known before the construction is carried out. This study uses the Wenner-Schlumberger 2D resistivity method to determine the boundary between the clay layer and carbonate embankment through the distribution of subsurface resistivity values. Soil test data is used as supporting data for resistivity interpretation and 2D soil degradation modeling. Resistivity measurements showed that inversion resistivity values interpreted as clay soil ranged from 0.1 - 1.13 Ωm and for resistivity values more than 1.13 Ωm interpreted as carbonate embankment and optimal final settlement modeling was a model with 50 enumerations with settlement values 387.4 mm to 571.9 mm So the results of the analysis obtained can be used as an evaluation of land subsidence from embankment loads and become a reference before construction.
